This is the first time that we ordered out and we were pleasantly surprised. We had pho and spring rolls. It was delicious. Good service and reasonable price. The dining area was larger than I expected and very clean. Will definitely order again.
the best PHO restaurant in the entire Hampton Road; i like this better than Pho78/Pho79, quality of food and service is beyond my expectation. We come to this restaurant 2x or 3x a week.
