The food we’ve had from Mermaid has all been delicious and cooked perfectly. I’m giving only 4 stars due to an issue with their packaging. When I last ordered I spent a lot of money for a tenderloin roast. (Which is fine, it’s an expensive cut of meat) unfortunately, It was delivered wrapped in tin foil inside a plastic grocery store style shopping bag. It leaked everywhere. Couldn't have asked for better! Great food, personable and hard working-staff, very easy to work with throughout the entire process and during our wedding. They really helped to make our special day exactly what we were hoping for it to be.

The owner of Mermaid Catering, Julie Aubrey, was easy to work with when I was planning my husband's "Celebration of Life".Her staff was phenomenal the day of the event. They made sure that everything was perfectly set up and cleaned up. It was such a relief for me, since I was able to focus on the program itself. Best of all the food was delicious and many of my guests came to me to let me know how much they enjoyed the luncheon. They were worth every penny!
