Dana rocks! Make sure to ask for her. She is knowledgeable and provides great service. If you have Celiac, they have great options. We had the steamed Shrimp and it was great! Their cocktail hour is fun. Great atmosphere right by the boardwalk in Virginia Beach!Dietary restrictions: They have some GT FREE options if you have Celiac Disease.
Nice spot for lunch along the boardwalk. Service was a little slow due to only two waitresses but the food was good- wings, nachos, burger. The mango honeyhab mule was a little sweeter than I hoped but still refreshing. Good place for families at lunchtime at least, especially if you get one of the covered table swings.

Quirks provides creative food and drink specials. We visited for the first time and would like to go back often. Their Cincoro specials (Old Fashioned, Margarita and Paloma) were fantastic! And we loved their appetizers and tacos.
