Never knew this place was dine in. Small place right off of Virginia Beach blvd BUT the food packs a punch, and the prices and very good and reasonable. I believe it's a wife and a husband that run the establishment and they do a very very good job. The food is amazing and the portions are great too. The seasoning is on point as well. Best catfish in the area. I brought my 93 year old mom who does not eat much and is very picky some catfish from Soul & Soul and she asked if I had more once she ate all her catfish.

This was my 1st time going to this restaurant and I was greeted promptly. The fish was fried to perfection, the collard greens and potato salad were pretty tasty. I can’t forget the yummy dinner roll. I would recommend Soul & Sea Cafe and I will be going again.
