If I could give a 0 star for service I would. Customer service play a major role in a customer experience. The attitudes displayed by the staff is a bit disgusting. I don’t care how good the food is, if the service is poor I won’t return. It wasn’t like this when they first opened. The employee with the red braids who speak to people even elderly as if she’s on the streets needs to be terminated.
Food is normally good. But I hate the remote order kiosk. Directly in the sun and hard to see. I.dont like touching these things and people are slow on these. They have only one and there is a line with hardly any people in the store. Asked to.order with clerk and told no.
