“Hampton Roads Motorcycle Safety Training had their yearly breakfast at Shuckers Oceanfront this year and it was more than an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and the food was excellent! Atmosphere was great and the menu was perfect for our group of 30. We’ve found the perfect venue for our yearly meeting and our staff will be visiting Shuckers throughout the year for lunch’s and dinner. Highly recommend!“

“Overall I like this place! Very cozy and laid back environment. Lots of pool tables if you like to play pool. The tuna bites were very flavorful, but were cooked medium well after I asked for rare. Common mistake with lots of places.... they were tasty though and I ate them anyways! The taco special yesterday they were yummy though! Fresh ingredients I could tell.“

“My entrée came with 2 sides, so I ordered 2 Caesar salads — but I got charged for the second one without being told it would cost extra. Same thing with the butter… charged without being told. 🤷♀️ Why? I have no idea. That said, the food was good! The lemon meringue ice cream sandwich? DELICIOUS!!! 🍋🍨 Just make sure you ask if anything is extra before you order.“

“Wings were EXCELLENT! We ordered 2-10 count bone-in wings and 1–5 count so we could try 5 sauces. Wow, they were all GREAT with each person in our party rankings them all in different preference order. Taco dip was great, salad was fine. But did I mention the wings?!? OMG great!“

“Tangos is one of the very few small local bars left in virginia beach. There are soft-tip darts, 2 pool tables, digital games and vibe that makes you feel at home. It is one of the only smoking bars left in the area. They offer Trivia and Music Bingo 3 nights a week (Mon, Tue, Thur 7pm.) The owners are frequently there ensuring everyone is having a great time. The Bartenders are knowledgeable, fun and a little feisty. Take time out of your day to find this hidden gem.“

“If you need to eat a gluten free meal this restaurant has a lot to offer. The food was good but what impressed me most was our waiter, Elija. He truly listened to hat we wanted. I am supposed to drink a lot of water and in order for me to do so I can't have it too cold. Elijah got it just right and it proved to me he had great attention to detail. Good job!“

“We have been coming to this location for years. Always friendly but food was mediocre. After not coming for longer than 3 months, pleasantly surprised. Food was outstanding and delicious. Applebee's in opinion is the least expensive place to go out and eat at a restaurant. They are about $10 less , that's including tip , then similar restaurants.
Server was very nice. Pretty sure she's new and will become an exceptional server with some more experience.“
