This is the best Starbucks in the area. We have always found the baristas to be friendly and fast, and the drinks are always accurate, quality, and yummy. Once we started doing the drive through mobile orders we noticed how fast the drive through goes, even when lots and lots of cars are ahead of us.Dietary restrictions: Excellent at accommodating custom orders.
This Starbucks is a nice location & there’s a lot of nice memories there. A few changes since I was there 7 years ago, but change is inevitable & I hope the Great Neck area can still maintain the charm it’s always been known for.

The staff is so friendly and really good at their jobs. However I have one MAJOR complaint.It is absolutely FREEZING all the time. Winter, summer, spring or fall they have the air conditioning blasting. I went in one morning, it was 36 degrees, no heat at all. I would love to sit down and enjoy my latte but I can't because I am literally shaking because it is so cold.I emailed the District Manager and he said they were going to adjust the thermostat but I've seen absolutely no...read full review
