“I had such an amazing experience at this Waffle House! The employees were so kind and genuinely happy to be working together. Genise the hostess met us at the door with a smile and “Welcome to Waffle House”, she said there was a 5 minute wait but that she would get us seated as soon as possible. Genise never stopped moving and cleaning. She talked to everyone and you could tell that the regulars knew her well. Never have I been to a cleaner Waffle House! All the employees were laughing and talking so nicely to each other, you could tell they respected each other and genuinely enjoyed their jobs. Ciara was our waitress kept the hot coffee coming and was a joy to talk with. The food was delicious and probably the best I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. We throughly enjoyed talking to Genise and learning how she came to be the hostess and how much she respects and loves the general Manager Carol! Who happens to be a close family friend. Carol, it was a pleasure to dine at your restaurant! For the first time in a long time I left a restaurant with a smile on my face and feeling valued as a customer. I can’t wait to visit again soon!“
“Justin was super nice to me and my kid, it was hard to watch the cook be publicly condescending to this kid. Thank you Justin for being great on our new year’s breakfast! I wish we would have had him as our waiter as ours did not check in on us enough.“
“No fine food here. Claim to fame is being open 24/7/365. We've been there on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and during a tropical storm. Good coffee. Comfort style breakfast food. Very friendly service. Will be back . . . often.Parking: Their lot is small, but if it happens to be full (which probably means the restaurant is full), there's an adjoining shopping center lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids are fine here.“
“On 2/28 I visited store #2151 at around 515pm. I was not greeted by the server on shift. I seated myself and sat for 45 mins and was still not acknowledged by the server. The wonderful cook Alyssa took it upon herself to take my order, cook it and serve it to me. I love coming to this location but if your servers ignore customers, there definitely needs to be a change.“
“My server Art was bubbly amazing and very friendly! Got our order right in! Food was great my chicken could have cooked a tad bit longer but was NOT undercooked... Cook guy was over thinking himself but did such an amazing job! The homeless guy that came in giving staff a hard time was uncalled for! Art was extremely polite and was not rude the gentleman called him racist but in NO manner was he! While he multitasked!!!
