“We were staying in the area, and decided to try it out. It did not disappoint. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I wish I could remember our waitress name, but I can't. she was the best waitress any of us have had in a long time. It was July 4, and they were closing at 2, we came in at 1:22. We offered to leave, but she was so amazing about it, told us to stay so we did, and we are so glad we did. Thank you for the amazing service and amazing food! We will definitely be back if we are into the area again!”

“Last time we ordered, a side was filled incorrectly. This time all the items we ordered were in the bag but I do wonder why, if we order on the app, the entrees come with 2 biscuits but ordering online gives you just 1. We had trouble signing into the app this time so we ordered online for curbside. Mom's only complaint was the hashbrowns seemed like they were scraped off the bottom of the pan, last bit in the pan and not very warm. My ribs were good as were the dumplings and turnip greens. Cracker Barrel made up for the previous missing side by sending a coupon good for an entree (unexpected). Couldn't use it on this order because the system said it didn't exist. !!! The food is good and reasonable for the portions. Servers are usually great. But there's always some annoyance if we pick up an order vs eating inside.”

Parking: Lots of parking. If you are in a 20' truck, I recommend parking in the separated lot to the right”

“This is a nice locally owned diner, good food, reasonable prices, friendly attentive staff, clean restaurant and restrooms.

Parking: The diner is in a shopping center and there is plenty of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: My Dad uses a walker and had no problem here.”

“This was my first time there which I told them when I came in. I had to sit for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come least give me a menu. I asked for extra spicy hot food but when we got warm spice food, not hot. Had to wait for everything, including a to go box. They really need to get better service however the food was tasty”

“My lower review was over 3 years ago. I have completely changed my view since then. All I could say is that the service is now fast and friendly and of course the chicken is always delicious.

This KFC on Reservoir Rd in Woodstock Va, is the worst one I’ve ever been to but hey if you want to wait up to 40 minutes like we did even after ordering online and arriving a few minutes early before the pick up time given after payment confirmation, ( we waited in the drive thru for 39 minutes ) and then be rudely treated as if it was our fault for the extreme slow service by the young woman at the pick up window like we were, we’ll then go for it.”
