The best in the area to be sure. We dine at Michael's when something special is needing to be celebrated. One always feels Michael is cooking just for you. And it always seems as if he and the service are totally in sync.
I am very happy to have finally gone here. It's was a wonderful dining experience. It's small with what I believe to be 6 small tables which is a nice experience. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the appetizer buratta which was delicious but we didn't really have an idea of how to eat it. But we used our hands and got it done. This is the best dining experience I've had in ages. First, the chef deserves a Michelin star or two. I've been to Michelin-starred restaurants that don't compare to this one in terms of food. Second, an intimate atmosphere and an open kitchen where you can watch the craftsmanship of the chef make it really unique. The restaurant is worth traveling for.
