First of all definitely get their chicken shawarma wrap ? it had a nice grilled flavor and the wrap was crispy which I really enjoyed. Not a big fan of their shashouka, I much prefer Vergennes Laundry's version. What a great way to start the weekend! Our server, Laurel, was attentive and professional and that matched the level of the unique (for BTV) flavors in food served. Each dish we ordered were super flavoral and this is now a brunch spot for us. As a vegan my dish was excellent and don't skip those potatoes!
