“Rented the party room a few weeks ago to celebrate my dads 60th birthday. Had close to 50 people and the staff was absolutely amazing. Food came out in a timely manner and everyone loved what they got. This was my first time and a lot of others at prairie tavern and we were all super impressed. “Went there this morning, the place was nearly empty, and after 10 minutes of waiting went to the bar and asked the bartender if any wait staff was working. She said she was the waitress and was making drinks and would be with us shortly. After waiting 5-7 more minutes she came over to our table and said (straight away) that I had not waited "that long". Of course this was rude and I said, "we were done and leaving". I just tried to call (5 hours later) to speak to a manager and was told, "they are in and out and would call me back". I think I am seeing the issue....I will never go back. It was the worst experience I could ever imagine.“
