“I love this place. Everything I eat is delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Today I got the chicken fettuccine alfredo and forgot to tell the server that I wanted the crispy chicken with it. I remembered shortly before the food was brought to the table. I asked the server if it was too late and they made it happen. WOW!!! Made a great impression. ?“
“I just want to give a huge shout out to Nikki and recognize her and her drive thru team. Not only did Nikki go above and beyond to help me with my transaction that I messed up, but she calmly and patiently explained what had been done incorrectly on the tablet where you order. She was very sweet and walked me through all the steps. I live pretty far and this is the closest Panera to me, I explained that it had been a long day and her professionalism and wonderful attitude really just helped me get through the day. It was passed lunch time and I had not eaten all day and was exhausted but she was great. I feel like people write more bad reviews than good and I just wanted to really shout her out for being so wonderful, patient and kind. It did not go unnoticed. Thank you!
