“Parking can indeed be tricky here due to the tight parking space (it's in prime Bellevue downtown location after all) and ongoing construction activity nearby, but the manager and the staff make up for the experience through their friendliness and outstanding service. Whenever I place large orders, they go above and beyond to prepare trays, seal the containers with stickers, and place them in bags for easy transport. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager even assisted me in carrying the bags to my car one time! They truly are my favorite Starbucks team.“
“This Starbucks is underrated. The employees there do their best to make people happy, and I was not even a customer. I went to the location to pick up coffee grounds, and the baristas at different shifts never hesitated to help me out. They went above and beyond. One barista dove into the bin and recovered a huge bag of ground, and the other emptied out all the brewers and packaged the ground well for me. I took them for granted. I went to another location and expected free coffee ground, but the barista said she was not sure if she could donate coffee ground to me (come on it is trash for you).“

“Very fun coffee experience. I came in with a photo I saw on reddit of an iced coffee with extra caramel, extra strawberry puree, and whipped cream. The staff, maybe the manager, said wow and we backwards engineered a hot caramel latte equivalent. I can see the universe from the sugar. It's delicious and tastes like liquid gold as my coworker who tried it says.Thank you for the fun coffee! Not something I can do every day since too much coffee makes me shakey but my favorite in a while. Caramel and strawberry flavoring are my favorite.“
“To begin, this full service cafe is located inside T-Mobile's corporate building #2, and therefore only T-Mobile employees and guests are able to enter the building and visit this location so please visit another location if you aren't able to come in. Its a great convenient location for employees and is perfect for meetings.“

“This is a small Starbucks, but the staff are incredible! I stopped here with a very hungry/upset infant. They helped me get warm water by mixing it just right and helped me settle to feed her. “Lmao, the review about this Target never having any human workers is spot on. Good thing this Starbucks located inside of it does have a human barista. Convenient if you're doing a Target run and need coffee. I usually hate the seasonal pumpkin spice nonsense, but the pumpkin foam is actually good! The only drink it comes on is the chai tea or cold brew which I don't recommend because there's not enough caffeine in a chai tea and the cold brew is terribly burnt and bitter. “Absolutely delightful! Food and drinks are always spot on and when you pay for extra caramel you get EXTRA CARAMEL (literally suck up blobs of caramel through the straw, it's phenomenal). “Standard Starbucks - always super busy and crowded, but the staff are usually efficient, the orders move quickly, and they have drinks such as the Bellevue Chai that is unique to this branch.What I most appreciate about this branch, though, are the awesome location - the wooden-lodge-feel sitting area right outside, and the hours - I have more than a handful of times came here when other branches closed for the day but I still needed to get coffee.“

“I was just at this Starbucks to get an afternoon pick me up in the form of a flat white (I'm obsessed with these for some reason). Anyway, there was a customer acting a bit erratically. He seemed confused about where the line was (it was fairly obvious to me and a handful of others where the line started, but I digress). He tried to pay for his sandwich at order pick up, where they have no registers. The barista kindly explained to him that the line started at the other end. He responded saying the customer is always right (insert eye roll here), but eventually went to the line. Then while waiting for my drink, the customer became impatient again and started pacing, but the gentleman (I think his name was Nathan) who took my order handled it so professionally. The customer became belligerent, complaining about something or other, and went to try and take it out on the baristas again. But Nathan followed him from behind the counter and said very calmly and sternly, "No, you talk to me". The customer must not have gotten what he wanted from the encounter because he put the sandwich down and left. I was really impressed by Nathan's consistent professionalism and appreciated how he defended the baristas. I just thought that was the very best way he could have handled that situation. Every company, no matter the service, needs to get them a Nathan! Anyone who defends their fellow employees like that is insanely rare and an asset to any team. I will definitely be coming back (I mean, I would be coming back anyway because it's the only coffee shop in walking distance of my office, but whatever!)“
“I really like this little Starbucks. I shop at the QFC, so very convenient. The people here are nice and professional. They know your name, and what you order. If they see you coming, your drink is ready before you get to the counter. ...lol. It is a neighborhood community store, so 90% of the customer's are regular shoppers in the store. They have an outside sitting area that is wonderful when the weather is nice. They have a small selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches, but they are between a bakery and a deli so you have alot of choices.“

“Have always appreciated FM for the variety of items offered. That's been dialed back a bit it recent years, but still my go-to for many needs. The produce section has most everything you need, even to many ethnic-specific items. Just yesterday found some nice fennel bulbs I couldn't find at Safeway or Asian markets. Meat and Seafood departments typically well-stocked, and frequently offer good deals--Just picked up a 2-lb. bag of colossal shrimp for $14! Bakery offers a wide variety of rolls and breads, but I frequently find that stock is low or nonexistent. Specialty cheese section as good as Whole Foods at lower cost. Nice Asian deli area provides ready to eat sushi and noodles,; pizza and sandwich counters look good too, but I've never tried them. A few comments: I frequently find items don't ring up at advertised or posted prices, but are cheerfully rectified at Customer Service. Customer Service is often slow and understaffed for the range of services they provide. Garden area has been dialed back a bit (when in season) from what it was before the remodel; I'd like to see more stock and variety, but I guess I just got spoiled. They used to carry a large variety of Proven Winner plants at good prices, especially several Supertunia and Superbell varieties. Also many more veggie start varieties were offered in years past. All in all a good source for your varied needs, with room for improvement.“
