Delicious, locally sourced, good quality hormone and anti biotic free meat as well as veggie options. Excellent flavor food prepared with care in a clean food truck. New to Bellevue so be kind by supporting, spreading the word and being patient as the owner is wanting to give good service and is working to figure out the needs and wants of this new location. The pork Bahn Minh has juicy flavorful meat with just the right baguette crunchy soft. The Pho broth is excellent and I appreciate the recyclable packaging and care of separating the ingredients for soup to go. The cilantro is always fresh as are the rest of the ingredients. This is my new favorite to go place inn the parking lot next to north of Umpqua bank.

Convenient and delicious food, perfect for a quick meal (especially lunch)! It is a food truck parked in front of Stone Lounge Bellevue.Some things to note: There appears to be an underlying sweetness to everything I've tried (pho broth, bun bo hue broth, and ginger sauce for chicken and rice), I always add a ton of sriracha to everything so it didn't bother me. Although there are no big bones present for the boneless chicken and rice plate, there are some small bones so be careful when eating!

Due to COVID-19 restaurants being closed and many offering take out, I was researching places with outdoor seating and saw this place on tik tok. Upon driving there, one will see it is a food truck that is outside a bar. The limited outdoor seating is the bar's patio. When I came there, the only ordering is by website, which is awesome. I love that option because I don't have to sign for anything, and pick up is made easy. The order time was also updated onto your email. I decided to take my food to go because the construction outside was super loud. In fact, when I picked my food up I could barely speak to the man making it. If you pick up your food, please be considerate of drivers as the lot is small, and it is really hard for an SUV to squeeze in between a car and the food truck when there is a person waiting half way in the street. I ordered one pho and one sandwich. They were both the same price which is ahhh but I wanted the sandwich even though a sandwich in China town costs $3. I decided $11 is worth it because it is supporting a small business in the time of the pandemic. The main Vinason website shows an egg on the banh mi. The ordering website has no egg. That is fine. When I ate my sandwich there was a medium sized piece of black hair. It was so gross but I just ate from the other end because it was $11 The packaging on the pho was really nice and the portions were actually good.

I had the steak pho and on these cold days it really does the trick. Their pho has great authentic taste and on top of that they are local and sustainable! Great find in Bellevue!

The best of the best pho in town! So much love put into their broth. The steak and brisket pho is my fav, the meat so fresh and juicy. The broth is so rich that sriracha and hoison was not needed.I’ll definitely be back! ❤️
Covid Era- Soft opening 1/16/2021. Food- delicious, classic beef broth with desired protein fixings (thinly sliced steak, brisket, chicken, shrimp, meatballs or tofu). Vegan broth available. All the traditional sides of pho is present. I love my sauces, they only give one packet of hoisin and sriracha, so I would request more of that. Pho hits the spot on a cold and rainy day. Owner has 3 standing Vinason restaurants prior to this food truck adventure. Service- modernized pho ordering, everything online. Even if you get there, they will direct you to the QR code. Or you can go to vinason.net and order. They use ChowNow platform for payment. Packaging is clean design, embracing take out culture. Owner is cool and hospitable. Chef/cook has welcoming smile. Ambiance- has limited outdoor seating available. In an authentic street feel with red short stools and tables. OR the exterior part of Stone Lounge, with standing heater available. Location- Stone lounge parking lot, across from Key Bank on Bellevue Way NE. Love how there is plenty of parking. Value- fair deal. $11/bowl. $3 for additional protein, $4 for meatballs, $2 for additional noodles. Recommend- YES! For some vietnamese beef broth for the soul. Also limited pho options in downtown Bellevue, and it has parking!

Had the BEST night last night with a few of my girlfriends. We were out and about in Bellevue and my friend stumbled upon “this kareoke place”. We had no clue this joint was even around! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Dylan - he was awesome! He squeezed us in - even though they had a busy night and reservations already. We had only planned to stay 1 hour and ended up being there for over 3 hours!! I cannot wait to go back! The staff was amazing! Such a fun experience!

I really liked it and would go back, but 2 things, the music needs to he updated and they need to adjust the sessions to the amount of people in rooms. There is not enough time for 10 people to sing very many songs, drink and especially eat! Other than that, great place and location!
