We each ordered combo plate and the Texas Reuben. The best bbq I have had to date. Tender pork, ribs delicious. Brisket tender and spicy. Cole slaw perfect sauce and awesome. The beans were sweet, spicy, vinegary, never tasted beans like that and have to say so yummy! Rosemary buns from owners own recipe. It's a bbq place so expect no waitresses, fancy ambiance, just American food at its best. Definitely returning!
Hands down the best brisket in Bellingham. A properly understated atmosphere to let you know the focus is on the fare, and it shows.Respectfully, anyone complaining about portions or pricing doesn’t know barbecue. I can’t think of a spot in any place I’ve lived doing it this well for these prices.Big Stick immediately hooked me and I’ll be stopping in any time I get a hankering for that sweet marbled goodness. Congrats to the team, you got something special here.
