“What a little gem!! It was highly recommended by a local nearby shop and I am so glad I had the chance to sit and enjoy their amazing donuts!! I will definitely be back and bring some family to enjoy as well!”
“My favorite restaurant in Bellingham. All the food is incredible. I usually pick the curry fries and a chaser salad and it is the perfect meal. Beers are delicious and the space inside and out is totally heartwarming.”
“We absolutely love Stemma brewing. We had the opportunity to work with them for a paint and sip event. They were great hosts and were so wonderful to work with. They have a great selection of beer and have great staff that are super friendly and knowledgeable!”
“A friend took me there last week. I Had probably the best margarita ever, plus snacks. I wanted to bring my wife there yesterday but it was in a terribly hard to find location So I checked their web site, and it only mentioned their older locution, 30 miles south. So I called the older location (it's a family business, I think). That older location told me the new one didn't have a web site yet, even tough its been open for 5 months. They gave me the new own's phone number so I called it. I spoke to "the manager" and told her the new one didn't have a web sit. She said yes it did. She old me was wrong. I said I wasn't and she argued with me about it. Finally she said "look it up" which what was I had done. Their Bellingham location is death to any restaurant (at the end of a dead end road You'd have to drive past a Starbucks, a pizza joint, and Applebee's before you'd see this up ahead, at the dead end. Good luck, COA! I think you'll fail with that attitude and location.”
“My husband and I had Saltadena do our wedding cake this summer. The cake was absolutely delicious - there was NONE LEFT at the end of the night! And there was PLENTY made to go around, but I had friends telling me they had probably eaten three or four pieces! Nancy was great to work with and worked with our day-of coordinator to get the cake delivered to our outdoor wedding during the reception so that we didn't have to worry about the heat. Perfect cake!”

“This place is stellar! The wonderful bar, the welcoming atmosphere, the bartender. It is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day or a day of doing nothing at all.”
“Love this place! Food is all scratch made, amazing mimosa made with their own apple ginger cider, owners and staff are amazing down to cooks dancing as they work! Delightful environment felt like home, if your home is fun and full of yumminess.”
“Incredible food. Easily the best food I've had in Bellingham. Well priced, local, beautifully plated, and delicious! Fast service. Great environment. In particular, our server Rae was phenomenal. Thank you Rae and the bistro staff!”

“Beer and kitties. Need I say more??? Fantastic Staff that be like "Would you like treats?" and I'm over here like "uh for me or the kitties? Asking for a friend."”
“What a little gem!! It was highly recommended by a local nearby shop and I am so glad I had the chance to sit and enjoy their amazing donuts!! I will definitely be back and bring some family to enjoy as well!”
“Such a sweet little spot. The owner, I believe from Columbia, is friendly and enthusiastic about his delicious coffee. Had an oat milk drink that had honey encrusted around the rim of the cup. Really good snacks, as well…”
“Extremely friendly and attentive staff, my Caramel Macchiato was incredibly good and had me wired. My partners Latte unlocked an extra coding ability within her and we both LOVED the breakfast sandwich.”

“Great atmosphere, super chill and good vibes. Food was bomb and service was top notch. They even stayed open late for us, and were extremely friendly . 5 stars ⭐️”
“On the 3rd time here, I solidified my feelings about the awesomeness of this place. Their banh mi's are extraordinary and for the right price. They're huge! Everything they do is spectacular and I wish this business the very best. From the Thai iced coffee, to their veggy rolls, vermicelli, and banh mi. *Chefs kiss* I keep trying something new and it never lets me down. I look forward to trying the bubble tea.”
“The best pizza you can eat is at Natalinos!!!! I recommend the California -I couldnt get enough! my whole family fell in love with the pizza and we will be back!”
“Best fish and chips in town right now. Exacting yet friendly bartenders. Really nice atmosphere. Maybe my favorite bar kitchen in Bellingham ever. $$ but for $$$ quality”
“AMAZING food! I normally get the mystery burrito, it perfect for when you don’t know what you want. My husband and I have a handful of allergies, and they’ve always been able to accommodate. The kitchen people are extremely nice, the servers are awesome. The manager is great too. I feel like the employees always go above and beyond. The Bloody Mary is really good. I don’t like tomato much but this one is perfect. The California browns are fantastic! I always get their house made hot sauce with it (the brown one) We’ve never had a bad experience here 100% recommend for breakfast.”
“My first time in here was a few weeks after a vehicle decided to mistake one of the front windows as a drive-in window. They were in the middle of reconstruction but played it off well with a joke note on the window itself stating “Your GPS is wrong”. The staff was also pleasant and the owner was there working on something at one of the tables giving it a very comfortable home town bakery vibe”
“All around a great restaurant! Food was amazing and the service was great. We shared the salmon bites and potatoes and then did separate entrees, the potatoes were incredible. We will be going back soon!”
“Went here for my birthday with the family and it didn’t disappoint. We tried the Saganaki (fried cheese flamed at our table) for appetizer. And we decided to go with the Greek Platter for 2. This was a 3 course meal that was more than enough for me and wife and needed a box to bring home leftovers. The first course was one spanakopita and one tiropita. Both were tasty. Followed up with 2 small Greek salads paired with the house dressing that brought a nice balance and didn’t over power the salad. The main course was a HUGE platter of two dolmades, moussaka, Greek ribs and rice pilaf. These dolmades were delicious, the moussaka was seasoned, tasted amazing and held up well. And the Greek ribs was a first try for me. The meat was covered with a dry rub that is beyond flavorful and the meat was so tender. This was all served over rice pilaf that was moist Ended with night with a Greek special dessert. Coming to this restaurant for the first time we were well pleased. Will be back again for sure. Our waitress was attentive and helped us understand the menu. If you are looking for a place that puts love into their cooking. Look no further than Five Columns.”
“Kid-friendliness: They had coloring sheets and crayons, but it’s the pizza the kids loved the most. Our reluctant eater ate half her pizza at the restaurant and the other half back at our hotel. That has never happened so it must have been delicious!!”

“I recently ordered a 2lbs bag of Camber's Skyline Espresso, and it was stellar. When I pulled my first shot, there was complexity and approachability with notes of stone fruit and floral undertones. Not only was the espresso itself exceptional, but the service from Camber was top-notch as well. The shipping was incredibly fast, with my order arriving within just two days of placing it. Not to mention, their packaging was aesthetically very pleasing-- the mailing box and the beans themselves were a thematic package and even came with a complimentary, pocket-sized coffee journal. It's clear that Camber takes pride in their product. After experiencing the quality of their Skyline Espresso, I can't wait to explore more of Camber's offerings and hope for the opportunity to visit their coffee shop in person in the near future!”

“My go-to place is the Lounge when I'm not feeling like a complete homebody, which isn't often! You can be very introverted while also not feeling like too much of a recluse :P friendly staff always make me feel welcome.”
“The Black Cat was amazing. The restaurant not only accommodated our large group easily and without frustration, but food and service was excellent as well. Our waitress, Viktoriya was wonderful, considering it was a busy time. Today restaurants are getting so picky and unaccommodating, but Black Cat still holds the attitude of service.”
“These burgers are unbelievable. Idk if I was just really hungry or already tipsy but the bacon smash burger I had was one of the best I’ve every tasted. And when my group ordered poutine it was gone in seconds. I would eat here everyday if I lived nearby. I’d die of heart disease but it would be totally worth it. Too bad I live in Chicago so I guess I’m gonna live.”
“My wife and I brought our kids in for dinner and we absolutely loved it! The staff were welcoming and kind, our food was fantastic and the service was quick. Our server went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, even bringing out some naan right away because our toddler was hangry. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town.Kid-friendliness: Staff made sure our kids had a good time, went out of their way to make sure they had a few bites before our food came out and our even gave our server an unsolicited hug.”
“I was so pleasantly surprised. We came in based on a hotel voucher (Heliotrope). The service and food exceeded expectations. I requested no carbs. My salmon came on a delicious bed of sautéed bok choy, fennel, and shiitake. The salmon was perfectly cooked. The waitress was exceptionally attentive and warm.I highly recommend.”

“Long wait times due to customer traffic. Good quality for a McDonald's. If you order without cheese always double check. If the system doesn't mess up and not tell them no cheese, chances are whoever makes the burger forgets anyways. Always fixed promptly when asked though.”
“Excellent service! Everything is very clean! It has a large area for children! Quite a place! Very fast! Good ubication!Kid-friendliness: Very good play areaWheelchair accessibility: They have exclusive places”
“First time ever at a Jack in the box. And this is only because my son begged me! Ordered the fans favorite box which was a great deal! They didn't have any mozza sticks so subbed in chicken nuggets. The box was stuffed full. 12 chicken nuggets, 12 mini tacos and stuffed with fries. The fries were good. Not soggy. Will definitely eat there again!”

Takeout Restaurants
“Excellent vegetarian options. We've visited twice in person and we got take-out one time (during Covid). Basically all the sides except the "cottage cheese" are veg and three entrees are veg. We have tried all the veg entrees and all the sides - everything was wonderful! Make sure you ask for the hot sauce (I didn't think to, and the owner offered - so glad she did!) It was very flavorful, but not too spicy. TIP: After you enter, order at the counter, then take a seat. There's seating for about 20, with two 3-person tables, an 8 person table and a 6 person table.”
“El Sueñito is one of my favorite places to spend my money in Bellingham. I love the bright and yummy Mexican representation this place contributes to the community. Girl, we talking like Mexican-owned!Food? Amazing. Drinks? Delish. Music? Falls short, honestly. As a Mexican American, I want to feel like one establishment in town is playing beats for ME! I'm not asking for an all Spanish set list, but there are some incredible Latino artists to incorporate that won't scare away the crowds. Just sayin.”
“We have lives all over the USA and no disrespect to Washington State but OUR DINER felt like a diner from the Midwest. Prices were affordable, portions were large and staff was so nice and down to earth. Can’t wait to go back again and again.Dietary restrictions: We chose to do keto and the double cheese burger was amazing”
“Great little Puerto Rican restaurant with very nice service. They checked in on us throughout the evening. The empanadas, Cubano, and the tostones were all good. They have cool decor and nice music playing. It's a great place to eat and work, either at the window tables or upstairs. Small but cute!Vegetarian options: They mark their veggie dishes.Parking: You can find a spot near the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp from the sidewalk into the restaurant.”
“We absolutely love Stemma brewing. We had the opportunity to work with them for a paint and sip event. They were great hosts and were so wonderful to work with. They have a great selection of beer and have great staff that are super friendly and knowledgeable!”
“I love this place! They keep it simple, there are 2 things on the menu, potato and beef pelmeni. Both are really delicious and affordable. Order at the counter for take out but there are a few self service tables if you want to eat in.”
“Great hidden gem. We're big on Asian cuisine and can vouch on the quality here. The Jajangmyeon is terrific and the portion sizes were huge for a very reasonable price. Most mains are 15 dollars or so which accompanied with great service and a clean establishment makes this a great place to dine!Vegetarian options: Loads of options to supplement organic tofu/ vegetables in place of meat dishes.”
“The Ice Cream Sandwiche's Hot Sister.Pinnacle Grilled Cheeze right here. Takes up the entire plate/takeoutbox as a proper sandwich should, the crispy edges are what Cheezits wish they were and "Send It" has the Melt in your mouth factor. I AM SATISFIED. Epitome Of Indulgence. Wowie friendly happy staff and cute dog!”
“Stopped by today to have lunch. The breakfast burrito was huge and so tasty!! The Chai tea was the best I've ever had. Workers there were very nice and helpful. Definitely be going there again.”
“Best sandwich in Washington! When I walk in, Tina always knows me by name and my order. Always the freshest ingredients and bread. So so good. You get a lot for the price they charge. Loaded with meats and veggies. Highly recommend if you have never been. Love all the LEO stuff around the restaurant.”
“Went here for a quick dinner with a friend before going to the Theatre Guild for a play. We sat at the bar because there were only two of us and when busy parties of two don’t get tables. The bar was fine, we got great service. We had hot noodles and wontons and they were both delicious. Great place for an awesome meal, great vibes.Vegetarian options: My friend is a vegetarian and we were able to pick from several dishes.”
“Amazing for vegans and non-vegans alike. So much care and attention brought to the vegan experience, and ensuring that accommodations are made. Best vegan Mexican food I’ve ever had, easily. Flavours are amazing, food is well made and thought out. You can tell a lot of care and attention has been put into the development of the menu and operations. Staff are friendly and helpful, owner is delightful. I drive all the way from Vancouver for this place and it is beyond worth it.”
“I love picking up a bag of frozen pastries and having them in my freezer for a quick and easy dinner. They are so delicious! Always a treat. Grab a bottle of the pasty sauce for the complete experience!”
“This was my first time at Cafe Rumba! It is near my office so I thought I’d give it a try. I asked the person behind the counter what people’s favorites were and she said #2 and #4 sandwiches, so that is what we got! The sandwiches were good, but a little messy to eat. Lots of fresh, not processed chicken on my #4. The shoestring potatoes were not what I imagined, they were sliced of cooked potatoes with a slightly spiced cream sauce on them. I found them quite good!! Definitely a place I’ll go again!Parking: I had to park and walk about 5 minutes. It was a beautiful day so it was a nice walk!”
“Elizabeth Station has earned their high reviews! Obviously, there's selection of brews from around the world is pretty impressive... But I got to tell you how much I enjoyed their pizza today! Any wood oven pizza done right just put a smile on my face, and their pizza did not disappoint! Highly recommend.”
“It’s meh. The chairs are super uncomfortable, it was dim, it’s hot and the food wait was really long. When the food arrived half of our plates were cold and the marinara sauce is extremely acidic. The salad was really heavy on the vinegar and the cheese bread seemed to have been sitting out for a long time. I’m in no hurry to get back.”
“We did a Monday date night and it was a great experience. The service was fantastic and they were very attentive to us. The cheese plate was delicious and plated gorgeously. We lucked out and got the french onion soup as our second course which was very well done. Our one disappointment was the stuffed portobello. Both the flavor and texture were off and it just felt a little mushy and not appetizing. The cocktails were fantastic and the pistachio ice cream paired with the espresso martini was absolutely decadent. I wish I could give 4.5 stars because my only complaint is the portabella dish, but otherwise it was a wonderful date night and I would highly recommend.”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“Kid-friendliness: They had coloring sheets and crayons, but it’s the pizza the kids loved the most. Our reluctant eater ate half her pizza at the restaurant and the other half back at our hotel. That has never happened so it must have been delicious!!”
“The staff has always been very friendly and fast. I recently had these two make my King Mahalo sandwich through an online order so my wife could pack it in her suitcase and bring it to me in Puerto Rico. It’s my must have when someone comes to visit me at Sueño Caribeño or when I’m back in Bellingham visiting family.”
“The interior is nice, many tables and seating at the bar. Some TVs with sports but never a raucous sports crowd. Amazing beer selection on tap including Russian River as well as a few mixed drinks on tap and bottles to make drinks (seldom happens). I have had all of the tacos and most of the sandwiches. They are all nicely put together with good ingredients, and the pricing is the norm of expensive for these days in a place such as Bellingham. Staff are an eclectic crowd and generally very friendly, welcoming and interesting if there is a minute to chat.”
“This location is above fast food standards. The space is clean!Even the bathrooms and the window panes!! The staff is professional, working hard and curtious. The food was surprising!Right out of the car it smelled good - not usually the case with fast food. And the response upon first bites: "tastes just like when we make it at home". There is even a shnazzy fireplace And they tastefully decorated over Christmas. Bravo staff and owners and Thank you for a pleasant meal! We didn't get great pictures in today but highly recommend stopping in here Before shopping at Costco ;)”
“This is my regular go-to coffee shop. I always come here before my morning commute. Coffee is good and the service is fast. It costs me about 6 bucks for a large coffee and a snack so the price is right too.”
“This place is awesome. Amazing food, drinks, and especially the service. We were with a friend who’s nickname is bean!! So we had to stop for bean at the bean stop.We bought 2 of the jumbo cups last year and they are awesome. We recently lost one and we were hoping to get it online. We know it’s not available but hopefully one day. We will definitely order it!!”
“I really like your coffee and staff. The last few times I've gotten sandwiches or bagels there have been issues. I got a sandwich on a croissant and the whole thing fell apart. I got a bagel today and there was so much cream cheese. I like cream cheese, but it was way too much and a mess to try and eat.”
“More than 50 always good food at Taco Time and something healthy that's for sure. Especially loving the vegan options and the sustainability practice of the company!Vegetarian options: I get a crisp veggie taco and swap the meet for beans and a crispy pinto bean burrito and a veggie burrito no Dairy”
“At least at this location, the people here are always the best - polite, efficient, and professional. Add in the place always looks clean, and the pizzas are consistently prepared each time. In my opinion, the store manager is doing a great job with hiring and training. ??”
“Bethany just arrived to work. She still had her purse in her hand hadn't even went inside yet and came and took my order. There was one car in front of me I've been waiting a few moments. She even told me that I had one more free 1 on my card which no 1 ever tells me.”
“Boundary Bay is a favorite since I moved here in 2018. They are a wonderful musical venue and I love the all ages dance parties that go on all summer long. The atmosphere is so fun it makes the entire experience a joy.”
“The food was straight up, AMAZING! I ordered the Thunderbird and it was quite literally the best burger. The price is on the expensive side but it's most definitely worth it. Service was also great, took a little while to get seated but that depends on what day you go there. Atmosphere is very interesting, love the license plates on the ceiling! Anyway, if you're looking to spend a big buck on food, this is the spot for it.Parking: Most likely you can parallel park on the road, but there is a gravel parking lot near the restaurant.”
“Cashier was kind and prompt. She helped me order oleato foam and americano. The barista was short. Maybe in a rush and a bit snappy. They lock the bathroom now. So when I asked my barista discreetly for the code she loudly said, "Oh the restroom, the code is..." Wow. She could be more thoughtful. I wasn't trying to announce to the world. Well...the coffee was good.”
“This coffee place is awesome since it's right near the airport and it was open before the sun came up. We ordered a couple of drinks (one hot and one cold) and the gals who work there were super nice and friendly. They even made a little whipped cream treat for my cat?”
“I tend to go to 2 companies for my coffee on the go. All dependant on convenience. Cruisin Coffee wins out of the 2 most of the time just by being locally owned, but I love the service also. Whatever drink I feel like that day, it’s always flavorful, nice and hot, made in a timely manner, and - most importantly - I don't get hit with sticker shock. I like the one on Alabama mostly. Thank you, Cruisin Coffee, you guys rock!!”
“Great beer, great food, really tasty kale Caesar, and excellent service. Comfortable place to hang out, diverse customers, welcoming, and it’s easy to have a conversation in there.”
Cheap Eats
“I think it's rare to find such a cozy place but Cafe Blue cannot be beat! I really enjoyed the service and the staff was nothing but helpful. As a bonus, the cider was affordable and amazing.”
“This place is relatively quiet. We ordered curry and sweet and sour chicken with rice (they do not offer pork). The curry was good, but the chicken was tasteless. Overall, the food was good. The music, on the other hand, did not sit well with me. The restaurant played very authentic music at a very low volume, as a result, I could only hear the high-pitched notes and cymbals, which were very unpleasant. I am not sure if I will go there again.”
“I am not sure what the gentleman’s name was that helped me big time but, I needed to get ahold of a business in the same lot that has no contact information. One of the employees from the brewery helped me out! 10/10 recommend!!”
“Pup and family friendly. Fantastic brews, and non-alcoholic offerings! Cribbage, trivia, blues night, open mic comedy and more. Large-screen TVs, excellent staffing, and, best yet, clean bathrooms. You can read a book, work on your laptop, hide behind your phone, play a game with a friend, talk to the bartender, shout at the referee, or see just how smart you thought you were on trivia night, all at Menace Brewing on Meridian. Go now. Unless it's closed. You'll figure it out.”
“It's my favorite cafe in Bellingham by far. High-quality cafe fare and the best espresso around. If you are a fan of an excellent cup of coffee, this is the place to go.”
“Makeworth Coffee Roasters in Bellingham is an environment you’re naturally drawn to, much like a wild horse is drawn to the high plains of North America. It is a space where the mind & soul can gallop and make figurative horse noises free from the worry that characterizes modern day life., For that, I must rate Makeworth Coffee Roasters 5 out of 5 stars, and put this establishment in the top rank of my Bellingham Coffee roaster tier list.”
“Lovely little diner, definitely the cozy and personal experience I expected :) wonderful to see beautiful local art on the walls. I stand by my 5/5's, just wanted to mention that there is only toast for gluten free people to choose from for alternatives.”
“My son is vegan and they have great vegan choices! His favorite is the Vegan Tika Masala pizza. My husband likes meat pizzas and those also are very tasty. So this is the perfect place for me to pick-up an easy dinner.”
“$1.50 asada tacos are amazing! The service was ehh last time we went in, but still super fast. They are shy on the chip portions, but will refill when asked. I definitely recommend going here!”
“My favorite food truck! Always dank, always hits the spot for that savory deliciousness. Their baklava also is absolute fire, usually have it the following morning with coffee. AND they are always so kind and friendly. Good food, good people!”
“Their food is delicious. They have some traditional bbq items that are a staple for all bbq joints, but also have some unique sandwiches. Their buns are to-die-for, baked with rosemary. I could eat them all day. We brought a large group of about 20 for my husbands 30th birthday. No one had ever been. Everyone left happy. Thank you Big Stick BBQ!”
“Great beers, but even more amazing outside area, so many options for seating including couches and fire pits. Also very dog friendly. Food was good, not a lot of options but fries were soooo yummy. Perfect for a sunny afternoon hangout.”
“Great food and drinks! The pork belly taco was mouth watering! Loved the queso too! Great prices, service and good cocktails! Outdoor space is lovely (and dog friendly) during the nicer days, but stocked with heaters if chilly.Parking: All street parking as its in the heart of downtown.”
“I love gelato after going to Europe. The serving sizes are decent for the price. The customer service was amazing. It's a small cute gelato shop. Seemed busy even when we went about 30 minutes to closing. I would definitely go back.”
“Friendly staff, convenient location, and excellent coffee! They must use better ingredients than other coffee shops in the area, because their coffee is second to none!”
“Wanida has the best Thai food and service. Also- the W Express option for catering is AMAZING! We had catering for 40 people this past week and everyone was delighted by the quality of food. Thankful for you all!”
“Excellent service & the best Crab Benedict I've ever had! YUM! Definitely will be back but will have a hard time trying one of the other delicious options.”

“We highly recommend this restaurant for local Mexican food! We ordered take out over the phone and the staff were incredibly easy to work with. Once receiving our food, there was a warm bag of complimentary tortilla chips and the meal portion sizes were huge! All the food was delicious, including the veggie options. We hope you get to enjoy the same experience.”
“I’ve never seen servers work so hard. The owners of this place need to adequately staff their team. I hope the customers were generous in their tips because those women surely deserved it!”
“Excellent food at an affordable price (less than $10 for three tacos) with a wait time under 15 minutes. The location next to Stemma Brewing is great too especially when the weather is nice.”
“Good vegetarian options, but my dish was a bit too spicy (though not marked as such on the menu) and nothing to write home about. The fried bread and honey butter that they brought to the table was a highlight!”
“Very busy there even at almost 9 pm on Saturday in small townTaste is above average , pasta comes with the steak was small portion but the sauce for fettuccine Alfredo is goodUnlimited refill of salad or soup and bread stickServer was polite and attentiveThe place a bit oldBig parking lot free parking”
“We were passing through town on the way to Alaska. Found this place and saw it had great reviews. I had never had Indian food and my husband loves it so we decided to stop in. The food and service were spectacular! The staff were attentive, and we tried many things, all of which were exceptional. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving authentic food!”

“I have spent a lot of time in Cajun land and have struggled to find real Cajun food in Washington. This is the place. The gumbo was fantastic with rice, chicken, sausage, shrimp, peppers, onions, okra and spices, etc. The preparation was the best I've had. They corn bread was just that - real corn bread. The menu was what any good cajun wants.”
“Great atmosphere, friendly staff, very popular. but don't order a pizza! worst I ever had. should have taken more note of all the great reviews - not one about a great pizza. To be fair all the pasta dishes looked exceptional.”
“The biggest plates we’ve ever seen in our lives! Alfonso was so friendly! There was amazing chips and salsa. All of the staff were very nice. The place was nice, and amazing food! The margarita was huge! Loved it there :) Thank you”
“Great hidden wood-fired pizza place in the pocket of Fairhaven a few steps from Fairhaven Village Inn hotel and down the hill from the Village Bookstore.Cute sit down fast casual restaurant, relatively small place with around 15-20 tables with an additional semi covered seating area outside. If you have a party larger than 5, I suggest calling to see if there is an inside option available. We ordered the Matterhorn pizza 12” and full Kale Caesar Salad which was plenty of food for us (2 adults). The Matterhorn is a must get with cheesy béchamel, Gruyere, thin potatoes, caramelized onions, and slightly sausage on a smoky, crispy yet chewy crust. Definitely one of the best pizzas we’ve had ever and wish this place was closer to our home. The homemade lemonades are delicious, slightly more tart than sweet which we love and I personally liked the rosemary option to give the lemonade an herbal flare. The Kale Caesar has my favorite cheese, grana padano, an anchovy base Caesar dressing, and a couple of lemon slices. I’m a big fan of anchovy to give a little salty flavor to the dressing especially when paired with the acidity of the lemons. The salad is well balanced and light to complement the pizza. Our server was super sweet and excited that we tried her favorite menu items.Overall amazing dining experience. Next time we are in Fairhaven, we will definitely stop by!”
“I was the first person to be fired a few months after they opened over 30 years ago! I was one of original few people getting the place ready for the grand opening. At the time it was the only nonsmoking bar in town and that was a great draw. I remember the opening night quite well - before opening time there was a line up the stairs and within minutes the place was jam-packed until closing. The original owner was kind of a jerk (not just because I was fired!). I guess it's on the 3rd owner now. This was the first time I've been back since my inglorious departure about 30 years ago. This visit - 30 years later, my buddies and I had a great time over great brew and and grub (I had the elk burger). The server was great during our about 5 hours there. I would likely go back in fewer than 30 more years when I make my way back to Bham!”
“We had an amazing brunch today at the Fork. Service was impeccable; friendly and knowledgeable. Every bite of food was delicious. Even the drinks were outstanding. Can’t wait to go back!”
“Anthony’s has been my favorite restaurant for so many years. They continue to provide excellent service, outstanding fish and other food plus the views are always amazing ❤️❤️”
“We have gone there a few times. The guys who work there are awesome. It seems like they have some regulars but it was not busy any of the times we went so the service was very quick. The food was delicious.”
“Just to set the record straight about the beer pull taps: They ARE NOT HUMAN BONES!!!! Really people!?!... William Z. Gave a review making that outlandish statement!!!! Not concerned about spouting such an awful untruth!!! I know the artist personally, (my nephew) & know the materials used to make those unique pieces!!! So, please investigate something before you just pour out lies into the Universe!!!”
“We arrived on time as we had reservations for an anniversary dinner. The host greeted us warmly then informed us that the dining room was quite full and loud, though the wine bar was less so. We opted for a table in the wine bar as it would be less noisy. Even so, it was difficult to hold a conversation over the din.We ordered the spring wine flight. She the red and I the white. The proffered offerings were quite nice. One on each flight worked as a pre dinner drink. The other was obviously meant to be paired with food.It was a bit rough. My dear one ordered the lasagna, which she described as quite buttery and delicious. While I myself had ordered the Sicilian lamb meat balls. The flavor of which was very complex and most enjoyable. The staff were attentive and pleasant.Parking: We expected that the restaurant lot would be full and we were correct. Street parking was available, though we did have to walk half a block. Be careful of the sidewalk if you chose this option as it is not even at the seams. posing a tripping hazard. Those of us with bad knees and hips, as we found out the hard way. Should find off Street parking.”

“Really enjoyed our experience! New to town and I am excited to have a go-to restaurant like this in the Bellingham area. Polished design, very attentive service, unique menu (the right size for me as I don't like large menus) and every dish was delicious and integrated well together. The carrot dish was our favorite appetizer. Minor improvements would be to serve less sauce on all the entrees (duck, steak & fish) as the meat was cooked perfectly but overshadowed. Entrees were a little salty overall, but did not notice that on the appetizers. Definitely recommend and will be back!Dietary restrictions: Most of the dishes were gluten free which was great!”
“I had my suspicions being attached to a hotel but this place is great! Happy hour options also include tasty food at reasonable prices. Everything I got to try was really tasty. The drinks are really good as well as generous on the pours! I’d also like to give a big shout out to their service here, all those girls are the sweetest, most hard workers I’ve seen servicing a restaurant in awhile. It’s the service that really pushed my review to 5 stars.”
“Our first visit to Blue Fin Sushi! We looked up who had the best sushi in Bellingham and were not disappointed. This place is a bit of a hidden gem located in a small strip mall type building. The service was on point, kudos to the servers and sushi chefs here as the place was fairly busy, and they were on top of it. Our food was served quickly and fresh. The miso soup was hot, and the tea was very tasty. We had the calamari - very fresh and cooked perfectly. I love it when the calamari comes out with the tentacles. Soo tasty! We also had three rolls, the Spider Roll, Wild Thing, and the Super Tempura roll. All were very fresh and tasty. The fresh fish was melt in your mouth. If you have not been here yet, you need to try it out. It may just end up being your favorite sushi spot. It is our now!”
“My favorite Bellingham boba place! The staff is always so sweet and kind, they aren't the closest boba to me but their amazing little shop making it always worth it for me. I have never had a drink or any food there that has not met my expectations! Also they have very cute decor and always amazing music :). Overall good food and also very cute to take pictures at.”
“I tried both the miso ramen & a tiger roll with both being super delicious! I do think next time I will try the Tonkatsu ramen as I prefer a richer broth. I do wish you were able to dine in but the prices are incredibly fair so I don’t mind. Sushi was fresh & presented beautifully. Will be ordering again (:”
“My wife and I made a Valentines Day trip to Bellingham. We had our dinner at Keenan's the food was excellent and the service was excellent also. They made it a memorable experience.”
“Boundary Bay is a favorite since I moved here in 2018. They are a wonderful musical venue and I love the all ages dance parties that go on all summer long. The atmosphere is so fun it makes the entire experience a joy.”

“The food was outstanding!! Probably the best lasagna I've ever had! The tangy buffalo chicken appetizer came out fast and had the perfect texture and great flavor. Definitely recommend the jalapeno popper Mac as well! Big portions, lots of flavors, and great use of textures in all the dishes! Not only was the food delicious the service was even better!! Bry was PHENOMENAL!!!! She was attentive, super accommodating to my abstract family and toddler, friendly, brought the food out hot and fresh, and made some of the best drinks I've had in Bellingham!!! Definitely worth every penny!!!! We even have lots of left overs to bring home! Highly recommend!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!! If your thinking about trying it DO ITTTT!! You definitely won't be disappointed!!”
“I love everything about this place! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great selection! You can order an entire delicious, catered vegan feast to pick up for the holidays with mushroom stuffing and mashed cauliflower and gravy! And all their prepared foods are so delicious... Do I even have to mention their bakery...?!?? Best bakery ever! Wood fired pizza is tooooo good (although they don't have a plain brown Mustard, like a non-spicy Brown Mustard, so let me know where in town I can get that...?)”
“Good bar fare, great service and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the marina view. The Baja Tacos and burgers were good, but the Ahi Taco was in need of more sauce of some kind. The garlic fries were tasty, if a little greasy. It was nice to see a "Mocktails" section on the drink menu; recommend the Prickly Pear (sweetness was nicely cut by the tartness of sour mix). Enjoyed the atmosphere and the meal and would go again, especially on a nice day.”
“We got breakfast two days in a row for a total of six different meals. The food was great and a good amount of it. The kids loved the French toast, and the wife loved the omelette. I had the nortwater it was good too.”
“This is a good place (clean & friendly) with typical Mexican food. Servings are large - prices are a little high for what you get. If you're starving, this place is good.”
“All these pre-picked verbs Facebook offers to use to describe Milanos. They all work, but the experience alone says it all. The chef and owner, along with his talented wife, make sure every person at your table is satisfied. Exquisite food, staff and ambiance make Milanos a 5 star must visit restaurant in Bellingham.”

Subway
“Familiar Subway taste. What stands out about this location is the service. I’ve met the owner on several occasions and he is very pleasant and takes your order graciously. I also had the privilege to meet two younger employees who carried on the same level of service. Very polite, pleasant, and made me a great sandwich.”
“The food is the most authentic, genuine Indian food I've had in the area, maybe in Washington State. The only reason the service is 3 stars is because it is just the owners and sometimes orders can be a bit slow, but they are an incredibly kind older couple and it has been just the two of them for years.”
“Absolutely fantastic experience. Food was as warm and wonderful as the people. Nora and Patty were amazing. So inviting and friendly. We had the "Small" order of nachos... don't let the name or price fool you. It was more than enough to fill the two of us!! They were generously layered with meat, beans and cheese, had plenty of guacamole, sour cream and jalapeños. We were planning to have meals too but took some to go ?.”

Naan & Brew
“This is one of the best Indian Restursunts I've found so far. Happen to stumble upon it on a walk with my partner, and I'm glad we sat down to eat. The food was amazing (had the coconut chicken curry), and the original naan was sooo buttery and delicious. I only wish the servings of the entrees were a bit bigger, but It was the highlight of my day. All in all, i am happy to find another place to eat. The man and the waitress were very nice, and I loved their personalities. Great place!”
“Swung by this joint for the first time during our Christmas break getaway with the wife and kiddos. Went for the BLT and wife got the chipotle black bean burger. Gotta say, we were both pretty impressed with the grub! Our kids both got fish and chips - it was so tasty that I had to snag a few fries for myself. Our server Alexander was super friendly and great with the kiddos. He let us know that Cyrus was the mastermind behind our burgers and he knocked it out of the park! Definitely bookmarking this spot for our next trip to Bellingham.”
“Add dollar tacos from the taco truck it was great. Green and red salsa m lime available nice simple easy straight to the point multiple kinds of meat that particular day I believe it was just a special.”
“Always fresh, good tasting food.High turn around in staff, service was lacking last time I visited and I did find a hair in my food. I will continue give them chances because the food is always great.”
“Went for the Easter brunch buffet. Entire family loved the selection of food, everything was delicious (the lox Benedict was a favorite), amazing views of the marina and Puget Sound. Highly recommend.”
“Honestly really good food considering it's at an airport (super small one at that) and it's the only restaurant in here. Arrived at BLI and had to kill a couple hours before friends arrived (driving to Canada). Super friendly wait staff, and although the food is pricey, fairly tasty! The cauliflower appetizer was nice and crispy, seasoned well with a nice dipping sauce. We were recommended any of the chicken dishes, so we got the chicken salad and chicken sandwich. Salad was actually the favorite of everything! Only downside is the price, with an appetizer, two entrees, and two beers running close to $100 with tip. But if I'm ever flying through BLI again, will make a pit stop here!”
“Overall a good experience! This is exactly what you expect from a hibachi grill. The place was decently busy with multiple birthdays and my wait was still under 20 minutes before the chef was cooking in front of me. It seemed like they had 3 or 4 grills running at once.Parking: Descent size parking lot. Even fit my diesel truck with no issues.Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly. Fun family experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything seemed very wheelchair accessible. (I cannot speak for bathrooms)”
“Everything we ate was just great! Spinach artichoke dip was quite a big portion and its meant for sharing between 3-4 people. The tuscan chicken had nice touch of spices, it was tender also creamy. The main star for us was their creamy garlic fettuccine and alfredo with prawns, it was to die for! One of the best pasta we ever had. The choice of cocktails also vary and overall decent.Ambience was nice, there was a live music, also the bartender was very friendly.”
“What a clean and well-organized Costco. From parking to check out, my wife and I had a great experience. Like other Costco stores, there are sample stations, a food court with cheap hot dogs, and boxes to put your groceries in. Every staff member we met was helpful, especially Shawn H.”
“We got takeout and the jalapeños in Fairhaven is exponentially better than any other jalapeños in the Bellingham area. I’ve had some pretty bad Mexican food in my life, and the waterfront Bellingham jalapeños is not a restaurant I would go back to. But the one in Fairhaven was incredible and a full 10 out of 10! The service and our experience with our servers at the door was lovely and the food we got was absolutely incredible!”
“The staff and store looked clean and welcoming, but the pizza was a little to be desired, seemed like they went light on the cheese. I overall was satisfied though.”
“Usually one of our favorite restaurants. The last 3 times we have picked up food-The crispy spring rolls have been horrible. They used to be filled with fresh crunchy veggies-they now are half filled with a mush, and the wrapper is oily. They are quite horrid”
“My grandchild was excited to try a sushi place with a conveyor belt. I was concerned when my friend recommended this place because of all the bad reviews, BUT we enjoyed the experience and the food. We went on a weeknight, so it was almost empty. Seated right away, and the waiter was friendly and helpful. Agree that there is no labelling of the items on the belt, but the waiter was more than happy to explain what the items were. We got several things off the belt in addition to a couple items off the menu. I don't know if this sushi is the best in town, but I do know we all enjoyed our food and the experience. It came to about $20 a person, and we were all satisfied, including the gluten free adult and the picky teen.”

“Was really hungover and decided to look online for deals. 2 medium 1 topping pizzas for $6.99 each was a pretty great deal. Everything was hot and fresh and the staff were very nice to me.”
“I go there constantly, food is always on point. The people are always so sweet. Honestly just a really good vibe and value. I have no idea what these people giving bad reviews are talking about. I do basically only go around lunchtime though.”
“Such a great place to go and eat or get it delivered as long as your in their deliver range, always have had amazing service and always so kind over the phone, definitely recommend for all pizza lovers out there. The few times i have had to go in they are so quick and efficient with my pizza and has always come out perfectly even with a little extra toppings that make it so much better and more worth it for my wallet.Vegetarian options: My son has a gluten intolerance and so they made him up his own little gluten free pepperoni and i’ve never seen him light up so much over any other gluten free pizza i even had a slice and it wasn’t bad. Great options for everyone.”
“They have the BEST big salad! It's packed full of veggies with a big list of add ons. Plus every single one of their homemade dressings are good enough to bathe in.”
“Nice little restaurant with authentic food. Not cheap, but not expensive, either. Friendly staff. A great place to pop into if you're downtown and get a sudden hankering for a gyro (but note that it's a sit-down restaurant, despite the name). Parking can be a little tight; I'd suggest parking on the street if the alley exit is closed, because it's tricky to try to get out the way you come in.Parking: Next to the cafe, but spots are limited; if the restaurant is full, so will be the free parking lot.”
“O.M.G. There's more seafood than vegetables. Think that says enough. On top of that it's less than $30 usd. I'd drive down there just to eat there. Crazy. Better start lining up though...”
“This is a great little bar with wooden booths and nice dim lighting. I came on a Friday at dinner time for the burgers and it was crowded, but I managed to snag a booth as another party left. Their burgers are best described as greasy smash burgers on the small side. If you have an average American appetite, get two for dinner. They taste pretty good. The fries were sadly soggy though. Order at the bar and they call your name when it's done. The kitchen cranked mine out pretty fast.”

“Okay, so I received the news from my manager, since I talk about this place so much, he even reached out. What in the living heck! Sage Against the Machine and V Go's. What!? I was in shock, went to V Go's asap! After stuffing my face with one of their many delicious meals. Along with buying dinner for that night, and desert, of course!I moved here almost 6 years ago, found their truck just in time, I was trying so hard to be vegan, but didn't think the food could taste so good! Along with the flavors, textures and all around delicacy of how it is presented. I am truly shocked this is happening to this beautiful couple and truly awesome Truck/Store/Restaurant. The Art in this place is a whole other issue, oh my, they have found some beautiful artist to decorate the walls with. So helping the community is also something these two strive to do! From the Veg Fest to Art for locals! We can not let this happen. I will post and write and reach out... I am still in shock. And if I feel this way, I can't even imagine what Tara and Nate are going through. I have love for both of them and have known them as two of the most friendliest and welcoming people, I was so new to town and they wrapped their arms around me. I will do anything I can to keep these beautiful people and their to die for Vegan food around! Please, people speak out! We have to speak up and do something!Cheers!Nichole”
“We went to What A Pho in Bellingham to try Banh Xeo, a Vietnamese crepe, which is not always served in Vietnamese restaurants. The restaurant is small and not attractive from outside but with many nice pictures/posters inside and out. The staff were pleasant and the menu was easy to use. We had Banh Xeo and Bun Bo Hue which were good. The Banh Xeo dish had two crepes which is unusual and was served with fresh vegetables garnish. The crepes were a little greasy but tasted good. The bun Bo hue was very good with lots of different meats and reasonable heat. Service was quick and pleasant. Prices were fair and they appeared to do considerable take out. We went at noon and were the only customers eating in when we arrived.”
“The Bagels are good. The coffee is good. The employees are nice and welcoming. That covers the first two ratings. Now for the third….atmosphere. For us, the “atmosphere” around what was once our favorite…on Railroad has become a bit over the top….not in a good way.On the other hand Otherside and the surrounding area are clean. Another perk…being able to leave Otherside and take a walk towards the bay, once again…not having to deal with anything but nature.Hey Otherside….add a bialy to the mix and you would be perfect.”
“Im in WA working, was looking for some fish and chips this popped up. Me loving food trucks had to go check it out and it did not disappoint. I started eating before I remembered I need get a picture Everything was awesome!!!!! Thank yall”

“So it was a decent burger. Not too many mushrooms so it wasn't overpowering. Not super messy or greasy, a burger I wouldn't feel guilty for eating. Also the curly fries were nice and crispy.”

“We love Denny's for our go-to place to have a quick dinner. Great varieties to choose from and service are fast! Servers are very polite and patient. Shout out to Gracie!Parking: There are plenty of free parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free from 4-10pm with every adult entreè and drink.”
“Stopped in and had an amazing Carne asada burritos Loco and Carne asada meal! ? The way the Carne asada was seared and cooked tasted incredible! We loved every bite and highly recommend trying this place out! Thanks for an awesome meal! ? the salsa was great too!”
“$1.50 asada tacos are amazing! The service was ehh last time we went in, but still super fast. They are shy on the chip portions, but will refill when asked. I definitely recommend going here!”
“If you want to try authentic Mexican food this would be a great place to start. They offer a huge variety of options and I haven't been able to try them all but I always try something new here and it never disappoints. You can find tacos, quesadillas, platillos, Mexican street food snacks in many presentations so there is something for everyone.Salsas are spot on WHICH is heavily important if you want tacos. Tacos cannot be good if the salsa is not it. And they also have a nice variety like avocado, roja, verde and so on. Also, did I mention you can have as much salsa as you want? In Mexico that's the way to do it, I hate going to Mexican restaurants and having only a spoon of salsa.Great place, great food, maybe the interior could have a bit more love but other than that, you'll feel right in Mexico.Vegetarian options: Some eats can be vegetarian but to be honest most taquerias are not meant to be vegetarian because traditionally it is not too common in Mexico, however this place does offer some vegetarian options.”
“First time visit, awesome experience. The staff was very helpful in helping make our selection.Highly recommend the "flight" If you are on a group as it allows you to choose 4 types of ice cream along with 2 toppings of your choice. Will recommend this to everyone who likes icecream!”
“Tacos are a bit more than $1 now, depending on which meat anywhere from $1 to $4. Unfortunately they had to bump up their prices, but regardless it's a solid spot. Tried a handful of tacos, would say that my favorite was the tripa and the adobada. Unfortunately they did not have cabeza. The carne asada was (unfortunately) on the dry side. Come with the usual radish and spicy green salsa (tomatillo based, not the creamier one) and extra spicy red roasted salsa.”
“My first experience with Carolina reaper wings. Life changing! Loved my wings, wife and daughter had burgers and fries, they weren't as fresh as they could've been but still tasty.”
“This was at Bellingham I hop. No pre-planning was needed. My partner saw the ad on TV on Sunday morning, B4 church and said I wish I had I hop for breakfast , haven't had that in a while since our location close to home closed down around COVID. I replied let's go. We were hoping to go to another location, but ended up in BellinghamVegetarian options: Most vegetarians eat eggs as my friend at work is vegetarian and only eats eggs. There are lots of pancakes to choose from, hash browns, fruit cups, Toast with avocado , just egg white and spinach mushrooms ? omelette.I'm sure there's more to choose even if you are a strict vegetarianDietary restrictions: We ordered the same omelette , but just 1 order of pancakes and hash browns and shared. The portion was so big I could eat only half of my omeletteParking: Good locationGreat ParkingKid-friendliness: Lots of kids of all ages were present.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe they have this option but can't confirm it”
“Went here for a quick dinner with a friend before going to the Theatre Guild for a play.
“Normally I would recommend this establishment but the last two times I have been there I have waited an excessive amount of time for our food. It would cause me to want to go elsewhere had I known it would take so long. Not trying to be impatient, just on a schedule.”
“Had a great meal this past week. The food was very good as were the drinks. Staff and service excellent. We had the oysters, halibut, a burger and mixed drinks and wine.”
