“This is only restaurant right on the beach in this area. What a view!The service was great…they were so friendly!The food was very good…the halibut was the best I’ve had in a long time. The cookies and cream dessert was so good!I met the owners and they want feedback to make this place the best restaurant in this whole region…so don’t be shy.I thought the place was good but to get to the next level they need better tables and chairs. And have the upstairs ready. They just recently opened with new management so it will get better over time…hopefully by the summer. “I have been going to CJ's for years, enjoying great food. However, last night, Shannon, the bartender, was rude, mostly because she was not aware of even the elementary knowledge about serving wine. She wouldn't even listen to one comment. How could an experienced server/bartender be so ignorant?“
“We went in yesterday to eat, food was shockingly good. There was an old man cleaning up who was very prompt and pleasant. I ordered a long Island iced tea that was definitely not mixed right, I'm pretty sure it was rum and coke but that's okay, not a big deal, seems only Applebee's is the only place who knows how to make a proper one. Everything else was great besides my drink that I took 3 sips of.“
“My husband and I ordered dinner to go (calamari, fish tacos, and wings) and the only thing that impressed us were the fish tacos, they were big and flavorful. We wanted to order chowder and fish and chips but the to go menu said they were outta stock. I notified the hostess/waitress when we picked up our food and she said the to go menu wasn't accurate which was kind of disappointing.“
“After five years of living up here, we finally went to Packers to kick off our 21st Anniversary with their Happy Hour. Shannon was our server and she was fabulous. I had the Hazana Martini & Honey started with an Old Fashioned. We had the Marinated Olives with Bread & Butter, then Calamari, which was OK. I'm not a fan of tartar sauce with Calamari. Then we finished up with the Korean sauced Chicken Wings. It was a wonderful afternoon of munching, cocktails and a stunning view! Shannon was quite delightful as we chatted about mixology and the great drinks. We will definitely be regulars as its just a lovely seaside spot for good food, great drinks, relaxing atmosphere and GREAT service.“
“This is an excellent restaurant! Food was amazing, from the Salmon to the Cioppino to the prime rib. Our party couldn't say enough about how good it was! Service was very good too. One downside was a little too noisy but that could have been the big table next to us. We will be back!“
“Finally made it here for the experience. This place had a great live singer who was awesome. The place was a great vibe once I entered it. I brought 7 people along and we all loved our food. The service here was a 10 if I can go to 10. I will be back when we are back in town for sure!“
