“We'd driven by at least 40 times but always managed to miss when they were open. Boy, were we missing out. Tried the Carne Asado Tacos and the Tamales and both were excellent. Lots of flavor and generous portions. Reasonably priced considering the quantity and quality of the meal. It's a small rustic place with lots of character, but the food is great and we'll go back.”
“The atmosphere is so cool at this place. The history and recycled decor and building materials give you so much to look at. The views are fantastic and it’s a beautiful place to enjoy some food and drinks. We sat outside since we had such a great day and enjoyed a few different brews and ciders. I’m a fan of sours and the raspberry sour was crisp and refreshing. The cider my friend had was also really refreshing and the blueberry flavor came through with a light sweetness that wasn’t overpowering at all. We didn’t dime here today but the pizzas being brought out around us smelled and looked fantastic.”

“Best prices around for oysters and steamer clams. The restaurant next door serves oysters and Mexican food. Try the garlic butter baked oysters and the baked oysters with cheese!”
“My cousin took me here for lunch before I had to leave to the airport. The location is beautiful and I loved the Japanese garden in the back. The staff behind the counter were really nice and helpful. We ordered our food at the counter and then got a seat. To drink I got the pearls of jasmine tea and to eat I ordered the Blanchard rice bowl with chicken. My tea was really good, it had a nice smokey flavor with floral undertones. Terrific tea, I tried to chug it all before we had to leave so I didn't miss my flight. The rice bowl had a lot of different toppings and textures, everything was super fresh. The rice on the bottom was a little odd though, as it was soggy. It was described on the menu as coconut sticky rice, but it seemed more soggy and wet than sticky. Other than the rice the dish was very tasty. We had a nice quick lunch here.”

“Absolutely exceptional experience at Breadfarm! From the moment I stepped into this charming bakery, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly baked breads and pastries, setting the stage for a truly remarkable visit. Each item on display boasted artisanal craftsmanship, clearly made with the utmost care and premium ingredients. I was particularly impressed by the sourdough and the assortment of rustic pastries, each bite more delicious than the last. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the high quality of their offerings. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Breadfarm is a true gem in Washington State, delivering an unparalleled bakery experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch breads and pastries at great prices. A solid 5-star establishment!”

“I love the bakery items. I used to live near there so I used to go quite often! They're always quick when I go. I liked being able to go in and look at their bakery items but now they only have their window. The manager/owner is nice.”

“Fun and funky location...with a atmosphere that can only experienced. The Longhorn is a classic old style saloon...and a local landmark. The one server did an outstanding job...with a happy face, serving a table of "mature" people. The food was tasty, ample, and hot...timely service considering one server.Discovered that this place has an connection to the famous annual "oyster run". Google it:) ”

“Huge fan. The food was absolutely excellent. This is a vegetarian review. We had the pineapple fried rice with tofu and the Khao soi. The pineapple fried rice was delicious and a clear winner! For appetizers we had the fried spring roll and for dessert- mango sticky rice. The mango sticky is rice is a seasonal dessert as per the menu. The mango served to us at the end of April was perfectly ripe and sweet. What a blissful dish. This is a very popular place. We went for weekday lunch and got seated after about two minutes. I could see there being a wait during weekends or evenings. The decor is quite cute with many pictures from Thailand and Thai cuisine. Wipa seems to have an interesting story as well which is you can read on the website. The service was fabulous. We ended up with a mix of two servers but both were kind and thoughtful. Prices were a bit on the mid to higher side but that may be the standard for a high cost of living area. And also this place is rated so highly that it may indeed be what customers like us are willing to pay for.”

“The food was good & the worker was all alone. She works very hard i hope she gets enough appreciation. She gave us a punchcard for the wait time which was only 2 minutes, she was so sweet! I ordered the bubblegum raspado & vaso de elote and they were both so good”

“Cute place to grab a quick bite. Food was fresh and tasty. It is not a sit down restaurant. You order your food at the counter. They will bring it to you when done. The tamales are outstanding!! Busy location as the food is good and the prices are reasonable.”

“This place is the definition of a hole-in-the-wall. No tables, only a counter with 7 seats so a lot of customers do take-out. The had more workers (8) than customers (7). Ordered our favorites pad see ew and yellow curry. Food was ready in 15 minutes and we headed to the nearby park by the river to eat. Pad see ew was excellent. Good flavor, beef was tender and I even liked the veggies. Wife loved the yellow curry. Good portion sizes.”

“They had a large tea selection, a cozy atmosphere, and were very friendly. Me and my daughter had a great time having afternoon tea here. They had the option to replace the tea for hot chocolate making it kid friendly. The food was also delicious and so fresh tasting.”

“I enjoyed the food here! Definitely expensive, but honestly one of the only good places to eat after the tulip festival, and I'm sure they know that too.I got the pollo a la parilla and it was delicious and kept me energized for the rest of the day.Service was quick and food was relatively quick too.I'd definitely recommend if you don't mind paying the extra cost. Check out the donuts across the street once you're done.”

“Delicious and well varied menu with a delightful amount of in-house products and ingenuity, all designed to go great with your beverage of choice.Clean and well served, always.Come here in the summer and find a seat in the back to get the full Trainwreck experience as your silverware shakes from the train passing by a mere 20 feet from the building. There’s nothing like it for that.Parking: Park at the public lot just west of the bar, there is always space there and their own dedicated parking between the building and the tracks is the bumpiest gravel lot you ever did see :)”

“We visited at the Tulip Festival Street Fair, so everything was outside. We got a plate with 4 different dishes. I liked 2 of them a lot, a third was decent, and one was meh. I'm sure it would've been amazing inside the restaurant with more control over food temp as well as order timing. The order came in chunks so there was a wait for the fried foods. Waiting for those meant not eating the order stuff while it was hot. Anyway. Street fair food isn't as great as controlled in a restaurant food.”

“I came here after visiting the tulips in Mount Vernon a few days ago. It was mid afternoon and nobody was in line. We ordered the jalapeño ranch burger, western burger, large garlic waffle fries, and a peanut butter strawberry shake. The total came out to ~$40, which is pretty pricey for grab and go burgers. Overall, the food was yummy. The burgers were flavorful and juicy. The garlic fries were very good and I liked that they were made with fresh garlic and herbs.”

“Amazing food with tremendous service! Go hungry because the portions are huge! Can easily split a meal. Cheap prices too. This is just the Mini Belly Buster and a Half order of biscuits and Gravy. The full Biscuits and Gravy is two of these massive biscuits. We still took home a 1/4 of the pancake and the biscuit”

“We just purchased several bags of cookies, Almond biscotti, and a loaf of Raisin Walnut bread. All items were great but we thought the Ginger Molasses Spice cookies were the best we ever had and we buy cookies from several great bakeries in Western Wa. The Ginger Molasses Spice should be entered in a Taste test. The pieces of crystalized ginger really stands out. Fantastic Bakery!!!! Thank you!!!!”

“Cutest little restaurant ever. We have driven by for years but decided to give it a go and now I'm mad that I have missed all this time! We went on a Friday around noon and it was empty (except to go orders). We ordered a couple double burgers and fries. I almost didn't want to review because I don't want a long line when I go back! The burger and fries were so insanely good and simple but perfect.”
