“We stopped in as a group and we were seated right away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing! Half of us had the tortas and half had pizzas. Great beer and cider selections on tap. We'll definitely come back to try other stuff. The building is charming with it's big bay windows, which are able to be opened. The atmosphere was great, we really enjoyed dining here.Kid-friendliness: This is the sister bar to Train Wreck, which is 21+.“

“Service was good. Chowder was good. The fish and chips were just okay. Like the lightness of the beer batter but it quickly became soggy and fell apart as it cooled. The fish was not seasoned and was bland.Hope to come back and try the other items on the menu.“

“This place is hidden and you will never find it if you didn't know!!!!!!!!!Just like the saying 'if you're held in the dark, you can't see' right...well, I'm giving you light.Go here, if you want the taste of fresh fish and chips! The beers are tasty too. I had a bottle of dark porter which was just enough to chase that fresh catch down and totally loved it.Highly recommend this place for social gatherings, good food and delicious drinks!!! The server who helped me was super friendly and attentive. Thank you!!! ?“

“Truly, the best fish and chips I have ever had! also 100% the best to advice. My sister and I came from Utah and had no idea what to do in town besides the tulip festival, we got expert tour advice to the most beautiful hike and schedule for our day. definitely loved karaoke night!!! will be back!?“

“The afternoon crowd filled the restaurant on a weekday. Food was good and the service was friendly. It took much longer to get food than we expected and it seemed other tables felt the same as they kept asking and checking the time on watches. The ledge by our table could use a good dusting.“

“My husband and I go to this restaurant a couple times a month...mainly because one of the chefs is our son Eric (Carrot). The food is always very delicious and we enjoy the atmosphere as well.Thank you to Josh and Bobbie for making the restaurant better then it has been. The employees are very professional and friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant as a great place off the beaten path to try or continue to go to!!Thank you, Victor & Bev Caratachea“
