“Absolutely friendly, warm, and welcoming. We went in for coffee after dinner, and it was an enjoyable experience. We tried Italian sodas, lattes, cappuccinos, and hot chocolate. All tasted really good and we enjoyed them. I can't remember the baristas name but he was super nice.“
“It's sad Rhinelander went out of business and the original Gustav's are gone. Thankfully the couple who bought the business keep it alive. Good German food, expansive drink selection, great atmosphere, my server was great..lovely woman and they're open fairly late(10pm). My uncle and I ordered the pork loin medallions to share along with the fondue starter and an extra sausage. Everything tasted excellent, I was surprised the red cabbage was sweeter instead of more vinegar like and sour(looked like beets..maybe that's what they were..good though). I preferred the wiesswurst over the bier wurst sausage..both good but the bier sausage had a lot more salt and pepper bite, which was good but I thought a bit overboard without beer and the fondue. The grapefruit beer is one to try if you like fruit flavored alcohol drinks..and it didn't taste much like ale. Be mindful, a regular glass is a pint, the 1L is 32oz. I didn't try any desserts as I was to full...also the very kind server had our dish evenly split between 2 plates when served, A+ for her, she was a great server and lovely woman. I'll be back again...I'm glad it's so close to home now compared to the 2 older locations, though I'm sorry to see them go“
“I can’t recommend this place enough. It has become our local haunt. The staff are all delightful and super friendly. They allow you to bring your dogs in, so we are often found seated in the beautiful tables in the window (made from a single slice from a huge tree) with our pup curled up on the bench. They make amazing cocktails, and have a menu that rotates seasonally, with themed drink names. Or you can go with the delightful cocktails on tap, which seem to change every few weeks. And the pizza! This is probably my favorite NY-style pizza in the Portland-Vancouver area.Vegetarian options: They always have a couple of vegetarian pizzas in the case that you can get a slice of, or order one of their whole vegetarian or vegan pizzas.Kid-friendliness: There is both a bar side and a restaurant side, plus in between is a great arcade area.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get a wheel chair in and pull up to a table.“
“Love the fire pit outside. Good selection of tap beer but there's also a cooler full of cans and bottles you can purchase to-go or open to consume on site for the price of the can plus $2 corkage fee. I was lucky enough to find a smoked helles from Wayfinder. I have not eaten the food but there is a limited food menu. Street side parking available.“
“Excellent restaurant with fantastic food. I was allowed to bring my dog, and a kind gentleman, I'm assuming he was either the owner or manager came out to check in with us and made sure everything was to our Satisfaction. He even brought treats for my dog! So cool. The hummus plate and avocado fries were out of this world.“
“Lovely seafood place. Ordered the Fisherman’s Platter for two people. The batter was light and crispy and best of all, the fish was not overcooked. Absolutely loved the salmon. Shrimp was tasty and clam strips were fresh and tender. Hubby’s beef slider was so-so but what do you expect at a fish house?“
“I love this little bar, great people. So much fun to go and hang out and talk to the people there. Love the Bartender Nancy, she is so sweet. Love that they carry Bluemoon Beer, not to many places do any more. It's not far from my house so I enjoy that.“
“The beer here is solid, although it’s usually a fairly predictable line up, not a ton of specials or trendy collabs like you might find at some of the bigger breweries. The DB Cooper theme is unique though and helps make up for what is otherwise a small neighborhood spot. When the weather is nice they do have a great patio to enjoy. While pizza and beer is not the most original combo (Vancouver may have maxed out its capacity in that regard), Victor 23 has a wining partnership here with Rally, which makes some of the best pizza in the area. Overall a great spot to enjoy a pint and share some pizza with friends.“
“Grapes and Hops is tucked away next to QFC and our favorite place to grab a pint after grocery shopping! Kids are allowed, nice selection of games and coloring books in the back to keep them entertained while you unwind. They recently added trivia and bingo during the week which my family and friends have really enjoyed going to with me! Tiny little spot, great big tap wall, wonderful bartenders and owners. So happy they're in Camas!“
“Great top/mid shelf liquor selection (I had Angels Envy with a beer back. Service was on-point. Clean tables, good food, pool tables, and several TV's for watching your game(s). We've been back a few times now. The burgers are tasty!Parking: Right off of 99. Easy peasy.“
“Foods hot, and delicious! I often find myself needing to add more seasoning to my food to enjoy. I didn't need to eating here, and the customer service is really good. Definitely an easy place to recommend, and there's plenty of alcohol options for you to enjoy.Wheelchair accessibility: There's ramp access for wheel chairs.“
“Stopped into this local tap house and found a great hidden gem just off Mill Plain by trader joes. The drafts didn’t disappoint and the owner shared various events they are hosting through the spring like a sound bath and a jewelry making workshop. What a great place to enjoy choice taps and meet up with neighbors.“
“It was nice. The volume was a bit loud at the beginning, but they got it fixed. Went on karaoke night. Loved the enthusiasm and opportunity for anyone to sing. My Cali burger needed a bit of seasoning. The fries were spicy but delicious.“
“If you like dive bars... this is the bees' knees! Pool, shuffle board, stiff drinks, and great service! The pizza is actually pretty tasty, too! Just a bunch of slack jawed yokels coming together as one.. to figure out this puzzle we call life!“
“Three of us went for lunch on a Saturday at about 1 pm. We had an appetizer of Cajun Tots which were a lot of tots! They could have been seasoned a bit more but they were good. Mains were the JR Deluxe burger approx. $20, Blue Cheese Burger approx. $20 (not sure if that's what it's called) & Lunchbox special: Toasted Albacore Tuna 1/2 sandwich w/ clam chowder & salad $12.The food was good and the service was outstanding! There was a bit of a wait for the food but not bad for a busy Saturday Lunch.I really can't wait till it gets warmer and sit outside overlooking the Columbia River!Nice atmosphere although I really felt like the tables & booths were really crammed together. Made it hard for people to walk around including servers. With the addition of 2 beers & 1 coffee total bill was approx. $93.“
“I looked at about 20 different bars to host a boardgame night on Mondays, and this place blew them all out of the water. Coming up on a year of going here weekly and still couldn't be happier!Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is single level“
“A more perfect place doesn't exist! Great food, service, and fanatic drinks! And local! Make sure to come Wednesday for reduced price wings and whiskey!Dietary restrictions: Easy to get something that works! Gf dairy or vegan!Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids“
“The beer was amazing, huge selection. The French dip was good, the meat was a tiny bit gristley but tasty. The chicken sandwich was very good, and while the fried coating slid off the chicken, the flavor and texture were delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very cool. It was nice that they had the basketball game sound on for part of the time we were there.“
“Came here for Portland Dumpling Week. The ambiance is very nice. They have a huge selection of alcohol. We got the Ruben pillow dumplings. I really like the puff pastry, the filling was alright. I'm personally not a fan of sauerkraut, but my friends enjoyed it. 4 for $12“
“First time here. We've only been here for about 30 minutes but the service is impeccable, the food is great and we're waiting for trivia so I'm sure that'll be a blast too! Definitely recommend for the food and service alone!!“
“Local watering hole for mostly nearby residents. Standard food and beverage fare. Pool tables and karaoke every night. Very nice large, heated and covered patio.Parking: Gets busy on the weekends, so getting a Lyft or an Uber is recommended.“
“Hadn't been to PT for a long time, moved out of the area. Now, back in the area and pleased to return. Friends made the recommendation and now, they're on our rotation with a monthly visit to try different menu items. Side note, I don't like Brussel sprouts, never have. Their fried Brussel sprouts were pretty dang good, I went out of my wheelhouse and tried something I shouldn't have liked, and they converted me. Enjoyed all the items I've tried so far.“
