“I love going to the Marination location downtown for lunch so when I saw there was a sea side location I didn't hesitate to sit down to eat! All the choices you love plus a brunch menu and some extra items on the main menu as well! “I love this hidden gem and will def be back! If you're looking for a relaxed and welcoming neighborhood spot with great food, this is it. The sushi was excellent. I got a Cali roll and something with salmon and cream cheese that was tempura fried (I forget the name), chefs kiss!! The owner and sushi chef were so nice and very personable, it made it feel really welcoming. They serve a wide variety of drinks (I saw margarita glasses) and are bringing karaoke back soon.“

“I am so happy that Coffee Tree & Bop moved into this space. Every other week I treat myself to breakfast, and I am never let down when CT&B is my choice. I have worked through all their breakfast sandwiches and my favorite is a toss-up between the Hawaiian and the classic Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. I'm always greeted with a smile and quick service, and I really enjoy the offer of caramelized onions (it's always a yes from me).It is such a joy to have this wonderful establishment on my way to work!“

Before coming here, I read the Yelp reviews and the main thing that I learned was that the service sort of sucks. So I was prepared for that. However, that was not the case at all! Excellent service! “Really yummy food. We had the goat dish and the lamb shank dish and the malawah. Took pictures after we had already divvied some of it up. Great portion size. I absolutely loved the clear soup at the beginning and the goat. My husband loved the lamb shank more.“

The small pho bowl is big with a lot of meat. However the pho isn’t good at all. I don’t review on other items. This is for pho only. I won’t come back unless they changed the cook or recipe. 5 stars for atmosphere.“

“A hidden restaurant on the 2nd floor with excellent service and decent food. When we got it on a Friday evening it was relatively empty.I ordered the "Yakibuta Chahan" and "Spicy Cheese Fries." The chahan had a light flavor and you could taste mostly chicken + onion. The spicy cheese fries tasted like fries and cheese with a mild spice.What stood out to me was the service. They went out of their way to chitchat and regularly checked-in on us during the meals. It felt really welcoming.“
