“We eat here almost every week when we’re tired after a long day of work and it is right close by. We’ve consistently had warm, friendly, welcoming service from all of the staff, especially our Wednesday night regular waitresses. Good food, yummy beer, and all close by when you want it!“

“Most every weekend, all year, Camlann serves dinner at the Bors Hede Inn. And it's a NICE dinner, and entirely on the medieval theme. You get served on bread trenchers, don't get a fork, and it's mostly stuff you'd get in the original town of Camlann: a bread appetizer, a fruit & cheese & salad course, a choice of meat. If you want a fermented drink (wine or ale or hard cider), that's extra. Dessert is also extra. A guy with a lute sang a short song about every half hour. He's also the only guy I saw serving/taking orders. There's a cap on the number of people they can serve, but we went with a party of six and that was good.
AND OH MY GOSH THE BREAD WAS SUPER GOOD. Like, I took the leftover trencher home and planned a meal around leftover bread.
This is now on my list of things to do with guests as a fun outing. It's about $35 per person before fermented drink and dessert. It's cash or check only. Reservation required...you have to call their number and leave a message to get on their list, then they'll call you back. It's a weird way to set a reservation, but I guess that's how they did it in medieval times.“
