“This is a small coffee shop attached to a creative space and has limited seating. Love the celebration of culture here. You will find a menu of Vietnamese coffee creations that aren't super common. We got the cà phê lá dúa (pandan condensed milk) hot. Pretty smooth, very light pandan flavor, and you still taste the dark, roasted coffee bean flavor. And they used this really cool Hermann cup design that hot drinks don't need a cup sleeve.“

“This was my first time here, and I was torn between the egg sandwich with mushrooms, the frittata, and the veggie toast. The person on register was very helpful and ultimately recommended the veggie toast, which was absolutely delicious.Whoever came up with that toast clearly takes pride in what they do and knows how to bring together flavors for maximum effect. It had an ideal balance of creaminess from the cashew butter, tanginess and earthiness from the fermented carrots and marinated beets, and freshness from the herbs and greens on top.“

“We are visiting from Chicago and noticed all the reviews so we had to try the sandwiches here. The reviews are NOT wrong. We had the turkey and havarti cheese sandwich with fig spread and the hot ham, egg and cheese. They were awesome!! The owner is so friendly! It’s a must eat here.“

“I am often n this neighborhood..needed a lift one day so I went in there. Had no idea what to order because it's a whole new world of coffee drinks. I was a barista for 20 some yrs and I feel like I've seen it all. I stand corrected! *Let me first say this; I in no way intend on steering anyone away from trying this place based on my future statement If a small business, an original of it's kind, one that is not majorly marketed/advertised wants to actually "make it" and stand the test of time; not just do ok and finance some short term goals for the owners. They must think out entirely what it is that generates sustainable customer base. What inspires customers to extend themselves and share w others again and again both positive and negative, within food type experiences? As a naturally curious person, this concept has always been a fascinating one for me. How can businesses get it so wrong/right!? * That being said..It was a fluke the day I entered this place for the first time that a fellow customer walk in and feel like sharing w me the best drink ever for them, one they get repeatedly, and should just take their advice and try it. So, I did. Yep, I'm hooked! It's the only drink I get there and how I look forward to it in between splurges! Let it be noted that if it was not for the other customer, I'd still likely not know what to order or even be writing this book right now. You see, the employees of this great coffee shop are so so untrained/familiar w the concept of, just because you know something doesn't mean anyone else does..and if you are in the business of appeal and temptation/weakness intrigue and indulgence instigating, well you should know everything there is to know about the product and be fluent in it's language. Why am I spending my time sharing this w an unknown audience? It's just in my nature I guess. You see, I really like this place and I am fascinated by their product. I am however so perplexed by their aloofness and lack of connection w the exact people they are there to attract. How do we know what to order, and why should we..how can I not live without including their product in my life on a regular basis?! Because this concept has seemingly missed them completely (the owners) it totally takes a huge part of the impact of how great their product is; away! I mean like literally. After I ordered my same drink around 7-8 times, I was ready to branch out. I've attempted to receive intrigue from the workers w such a failure rate it's a shame. So, I have remained ordering the same ol same ol and it's become redundant and irrelevant. I am slipping away new favorite coffee shop, can't you tell? I now have negative feelings towards you along w the excitement of the new to share w people. Does it take a genius to realize this is no good? Do I want to continue dumping $12-15 each visit (just on my drink and tip) when there is no connection, no interest in what it is they can do to keep me interested? The answer is no probably not. I'll give them a few more chances maybe, then I'll drift away w the open mind of discovering a new favorite coffee shop. Maybe this is why some giants in the same category, irregardless of how actually delicious their product is but more that every single thing they create they r experts in convincing us we must try and love and continue to consume and love and try again , repeat, repeat, repeat, they have stood the test of time? They figured this magic out first, then opened their doors!(PurpleHaze- iced!!!!!)“

“Hands down my favorite coffee in Seattle. The staff are incredibly kind & welcoming and the vibes are immaculate (great for studying!). The iced panela latte is the perfect latte (not too sweet, perfect milk-to-espresso ratio, always consistent). I take everyone here and they love it. Ily santo <3“

“Best tasting coffees! Pro tip: if you like a mocha, try their Medici. Doesn’t get any better than that. Pastries are all really good too and the Staffs super nice. Cozy inside with a few spots to work and then during the summer they have a few outside tables.“

“Doce was decent. Interesting flavors and nothing was too sweet. Price is a little much, but on par with other niche donut spots in Seattle.I got:- tres leches: would not recommend- Mexican hot chocolate: okay- churro: okay- passion fruit: second favorite, pretty tasty- tiramisu: this one was my favorite. I think it was a seasonal flavor.I'm not a donut person and didn't enjoy them THAT much, so I wouldn't come again. But recommend for others to give a try or share with people from out of town. Get some Fulcrum coffee nearby to go with your donuts“

“Super cute decor and fun ambiance. The servers call out numbers and seemed to get orders out pretty quickly and efficiently. They do latte art on almost every drink too, which is pretty cool. Their menu was a unique blend of 'typical' cafe fare with some Latinx influences and flavors. I liked that they have rotating specials too. Highly recommend the flan latte!“

“Absolutely in love with this place. The coffee is excellent. The owner is so kind and helpful. “Food is good. Online ordering/payment system is NOT GOOD. Here’s why:-It says 5-10 minutes for pickup but then when you go to check out the earliest time you can choose is 25-30 min-You have to sign up for a “Joe” account-The default payment option is to hook up a bank account…who does this to pay for a sandwich?-The tip selection is BROKEN! I entered 2.00 for the tip. Good think I double-checked because the webpage entered $52!!! It might have taken 200% instead of $2.Anyway, this online ordering system really made me frustrated and took away from the food experience. The sandwiches and burritos are great though.“

“Lovely staff, outstanding cocktails, and superb sushi with a kitchen that is open fairly late. I have celiac disease and the gluten free menu is quite extensive. I've never had an issue here. “A cute cat-fe that serves handcrafted beverages and assists the Seattle Humane Society in helping find homes for cats! The baristas have always been friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The latte art is really cute! Many of the cats are up for adoption within the cafe. The cafe also has resident cats that you can visit. The cat area is expertly set up for cat stimulation, exercise, naps, and places for kitties to hide away if they feel the need. For so many cats in one space, they do a great job at keeping it clean and odor free. SeaMeow also has yoga classes that you can attend alongside the cats! “3.5 for the crepes, rounded up for the tasty Mexican mocha. Solid crepes and nice cafe ambiance, I came here with a party of 3 on a weekend afternoon and this spot had a homey, chill vibe, seemed like a good spot to grab coffee and crepes and catch up on some work or have a catchup with a few friends. For food offerings they have a variety of savory and sweet options, with a bit of a Mexican/Latin American lean (pls correct me if this isn't the right ethnic influence tho!). Tried the savory Hawaiian crepe $13.99 and sweet Gansito crepe $12.98-both were good and came with a decent portion. I should've probably inferred from the ingredients --the Gansito crepe was on the sweet side for me, with both nutella and the strawberry jelly filling, I couldn't finish it in one sitting. The Mexican mocha was terrific! Just the right balance of bitter, spice and sweet, I'd certainly come back for this. I didn't have a whole lot of interaction with the staff, they seemed nice tho!“

“This little ice cream/coffee shop was definitely worth the visit. The inside is clean and the aesthetic is charming. Ordering from the touch screen was fun, allowing us to customize our flavors. There were six-nine flavors of ice cream to choose from and tons of toppings! I got the cherry blossom with rainbow sprinkles and it was unique. I felt like the ice cream was almost too sweet and the aftertaste was really sugary, but I did enjoy the soft serve texture. I would be interested in trying their other flavors in the future!“

“Good prices and great food. I flew in from Chicago the other day and the first place we went to grab food right after the flight was here. I was hangry and this cured that so fast! I ate 3 tamales at the resturant and took a few to go. The tamales are very well portioned, eating 3 was a lot but was good for me. The cashier was super sweet and we enjoyed talking to him as we were ordering and during our meal. Authentic Mexican food with great vegan tamale options!! P.s. the menu I saw online didn't have all the vegan tamales listed, so if you're ordering through the phone make sure to ask about all the options.“

“SUCH a lovely cafe! Great vibe and yummy drinks. It's really easy to miss from the outside, but is located right near Pike Place. My friend and I arrived on a Saturday around noon and it wasn't too busy. I love all the decorations inside! I got the Cafe Madrid with oat milk, which was absolutely perfect. The flavor of the espresso is spot on, it was the perfect level of sweetness, and not to mention the latte art is absolutely adorable. This was so good and such a reasonable price too. Highly highly recommend it here!“

“Absolutely loved the atmosphere here!! It was so peaceful to sit at the beautiful wood tables amongst beautiful plant specimens. “Monorail is my #1 recommendation for folks visiting Seattle, and my go-to when I'm in town. There are just enough locations downtown to be close to a spot, and their new location next to the Summit Convention Center building makes it an even easier endorsement. The coffee is smooth, from a single cappuccino, a traditional macchiato or a really indulgent mocha their roasting and preparation shines through. Really. Smooth. Coffee.Cookies and scones are also delicious, with their cookies being a great choice. Almost scone-like in shape, they are an "almost-dough" cookie with a nice amount of chocolate chips.Great place, highly recommended.“

“Doppio is a new gem in the Redmond area. I love that their restaurant and food experience is unique to most cafes in the area. Specializing in Crepes, both sweet and savory, they have developed something that is truly top tier in my book. “During a business trip to Seattle in April 2018, I stumbled upon the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and was immediately impressed by its uniqueness. ? Until then, I had no idea that Starbucks offered such a concept. Unlike any typical coffee shop, this place goes beyond just serving coffee—it’s almost like a mini marketplace. ?️ From freshly baked bread ? to stylish clothing ?, and an array of unique items, there’s a lot to explore here.Everything about the Roastery was well-maintained and original, which made my visit quite memorable. ? The entire concept of combining a coffee shop with a retail space is innovative and engaging. ☕? I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in Seattle, especially if there isn’t one in your city. It’s definitely a cool spot that adds a unique twist to the typical Starbucks experience! ??“

“Incredibly friendly staff, and went out of there way to give us the best experience possible. They showed my 11 year old son how to create latte art in the nicest way possible, now he wants to start doing it himself for my coffee. Don’t mess around with Starbucks, come here. Now, we will make sure to come here every time we come to Seattle. In fact, it was so memorable, my 11yo asked to leave them a review, thus wrote this one. Thank you.“

“I come in to HnH on occasion so have only been a handful of times, however every time it absolutely nails the spot every time.Best breakfast sandwich I have ever had, the tomato pesto is a deliciously genius idea, and the donuts knock my socks off every time.Biggest thing I would commend them for is consistency, I can always count on it to be as good if not better than the last time.Would also commend them for their bananas foster cream, I get it Everytime in one form or another and it is to die for.“

“The lychee lemongrass green tea with boba was pretty good. The boba was fresh too. Unfortunately they were out of all their food except their turkey and I'm a vegetarian so I wasn't able to try the food. The staff were fine, though seemed unsure of how to respond to the houseless individual pacing about the front of the store between various tables for about 30 minutes or more. He seemed distressed and was also disrupting others. Perhaps more support for the staff in this regard would be helpful. Other than that the ambiance was very peaceful and it made a good place to read or study. The lack of bathroom even for customers did seem somewhat strange though. I might come back in the future and hopefully try the food.“

“So, although Michelle and Jay are my friends, I gave this a 5-star review because the service, food, atmosphere, and the constant line that kept Michelle having to pause our conversations to help the barista was proof that this is a well-liked shop. To top it off, I tried something I NEVER would have eaten before. I had the Harvest Squash bread. And I was nervous, but it was sooooo ???! I had it warmed up, too. So it was extra fire!I live in Portland, so I can’t frequent this place like I want to. But please believe, if I lived up here, I would most definitely host all my work meetings here. “I was feeling like a pile of trash today but the second I walked into this shop my mood shot up thanks to the atmosphere. The music, plants, and baristas made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I ordered their Natural Papua New Guinea espresso and it was a real citrus fruit bomb. They offer a lot of different retail roasts with a great variety of processes and some co-ferments which I LOVE. The beans are a bit on the pricey side ($23-$27 for 12oz) but the quality is 100% worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this shop if you need a welcoming space and love modern coffee trends.“

“This post deserves a SHARE and it’s public! I ventured out to Creamy Cone Cafe (a Black owned small business) for the first time today. The post about the grilled cheese on croissant bread with tomato soup got me. As soon as I walked in I wanted everything!!!! I started with ALL 12 of the flavors currently on hand, the grilled cheese w/soup, the peach cobbler à la mode and a brown sugar cookie that never made it home. My favorite flavors were Strawberry Shortcake, Banana Pudding, Mint Mud pie and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake. None of the flavors were displeasing and ALL of them I would order again. I love that you can taste the individual ingredients in the ice cream it’s self. You can absolutely tell these flavors are made with real fruit!! There was a vegan flavor and a non-dairy flavor that was tasty, something for everyone!!! I will be back often. I did want to point out, just because parking isn’t the greatest doesn’t mean don’t stop in. When you walk through the door it feels like family! Also, they have gift certificates. A win win!!! I’ll be buying some to give to people so they can experience the greatness as well. The list of current flavors are in the photos.“

“The baristas here have finally won my heart. I was once a Diva regular, but since I lost my daughter to suicide I couldn't bear to go. We then switched to Lighthouse, which is closer, and has great coffee, but it always felt distant. The other day I ended up spilling to the "crow tat" guy. He's a no nonsense fella who remembers people and drinks, but says little. Today I went and he bought my coffee. Actions, not words. I can respect that.“

“Woof! This coffee is DAMN good! We bookended our trip by grabbing coffee here our first day. We loved it so much we needed it to close out our Seattle vacation. Coffeeholic indeed. Touché. I was boring and got the original Vietnamese coffee, despite there being a lovely menu with really unique and interesting flavors -- my husband got the black sesame foam latte and swore by it. I'm turning him into a coffee lover yet! Coffeeholic House is a very nice cafe, that seemed a great place to post up and talk story, read/write, or do some casual work. Both times we went in, it was well patronized. The staff was also nice, they offered some great suggestions for my husband as he tried to decide what to get. We love an attentive staff!“

“I come in once a week or so and am always happy with the experience. I feel good supporting this local business as it came from a great cause and has a nice story. I’m always treated well by staff and appreciate the warm and inviting vibe this shop has. There is good energy here. The other patrons are always kind, friendly and respectful. All the food I’ve tried has been delicious and high quality. All the beverages I’ve tried has also been great and I regularly drink the drip, espresso and latte drinks. I get a lot of work done here and this is a focused environment but also keep in mind that during peak times it’s a popular hangout and business meeting place so it will get much louder but that is short lived. Generally the volume is not too bad and does not disturb others either. I happy and will keep coming back! There is ample parking and the bathrooms are clean and accessible. Thanks Queen Bee!“
