“This is a great place for sweets. You place your order through the kiosk and pay with a card.

There are usually a couple of employee who works there and they’re so busy - no one greets you.

Some of the cookies are pretty good and some are so-so. Lots of cream and sugar.”

That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!”

“First time eating at Nami Sushi, and it did not disappoint! We ordered the small boat, which has 20 different items in the boat and 3 different kinds of rolls. We also ordered the tempura calamari and Agedashi with a side of Japanese beer (large bottle of Asahi). The wait staff are attentive and checked on us multiple times. The restaurant is clean and tables are nicely spaced apart, tables are cleaned immediately. The decor of this restaurant is pretty cool and unusual. We will definitely be back. Thanks Nami Sushi!”

“My boyfriend and I frequent the BECU ATM nearby every so often and if Asensio Coffee is open then we will stop by. They have seasonal specials which is always a win for my boyfriend and I as we love trying out new specials. The staff here greeted us warmly and was very patient with the customer before us who was buying a gift card and helped us with the same professionalism and friendliness. We stopped by recently to grab their fall drinks and I saw on the sign that the drink I chose pairs well with a pumpkin spice whipped cream. It is extra so I decided against it. We found a spot to sit at while we waited for our drinks and not only did the employee hand delivered our drinks to us but told me she added the pumpkin spice whipped cream for me. I thought that was super sweet of her that makes the visit all the more special and reason to visit. They do also have a reward system that we joined too.

The store is well maintained and there are plenty of seating and tables for all sorts of groups or sole patrons. They have some handcrafted goods to buy as well. We asked if they were dog friendly and they said dogs are welcome so we definitely will stop by more often as the weather gets colder.”

“My friend and I stopped at cockatoos chicken restaurant on our way home. We ordered the spiciest chicken that they had and let me say, it really does burn. We enjoyed it though along with a salad, gyozas, and our assorted basket of fried food. The prices are a bit higher then usual however this was a nice place to try out. The server did everything in a timely manner. There is a good parking area right next to the restaurant!”

“We enjoyed the food and the ambience at Daebak Wang Mandoo. The beauty of this place lies in its simple yet elegant ambience. The food was great, The dumplings are soft and exquisite. The roasted Pork dumplings left us asking for more. IWe have tried the sea food noodle soup, which was very very tasty, the perfectly cooked shrimp and calms were very juciy.

“I’ve coming here for many years since their grand opening. Lots of things changed as far as their menu goes, and interior is somewhat outdated, but one thing never changed is their service level. They are all very friendly and attentive at all times. I’m Korean and I’ve eating k-bbq my entire life. Meat quality is not the greatest, but with their current ayce price point, it’s more than fair. We drive 30 miles from north end just to eat here even though their Bellevue location is right next to us. To make our trip worth, we go to daebak wang Mando and little bakery located inside Hmart afterward every time. This location is my favorite spot in entire Washington state.”

“Writing a review for this BigFoot Java is a bit tricky as we have had some not so great experiences with some of the baristas here, but after a year of being in Puyallup then moving back, it seems the location has improved. The baristas here have been very friendly and efficient at making drinks not only look great but taste great too. They are also always so sweet to say hello and offer treats to our two dogs that are usually with us.

We love to try out their monthly special drinks but we do have our stable favorites such as the Creamsicle, which for some reason the baristas never ever get right which is super unfortunate. They give me the frostbite version every time and when I tell them the iced version, they look at me confused and try to correct me that I want the frostbite version. I truly would like this to be taught better as I haven't had that drink in forever due to this confusion. Other than that though, no other issues.”

“I've been going to this McDonald's for a very long time. Over 20+ yrs. This McDonalds is definitely one of the best branches within its area. Usually quick in and out service, and it's uncommon for them to make a mistake. If they do make a mistake, it's dealt with quickly and efficiently, without any arguments.”

There was a miscommunication about the price and what I ordered got home and realized I didn’t have everything that I thought I’d ordered went back and explained it to the manager or who I’m assuming was the manager and he took care of me without question did a great job Big thumbs up to these guys. Every single macaroon is amazing and is double the filling of a regular macaroon. The flavors are fun and they all look too cute or pretty to eat. Customer service is great and never had to wait long for the food every time I’ve been here. Nice hidden gem in Federal Way. Unfortunately, no pics of food because we eat it as soon as I bring it home. Maybe next time.”

We need livable wages in our communities and coffee is surely one of those thing I would be happy to pay another 50¢ for if it means the lovely staff makes a better hourly wage! “I finally found good Mexican food that’s authentic in federal way. I found them while it was walking with Siri and I got their tamales that are Rajas with queso OMG They were so incredibly good. I give up buying tamales quite a while ago because I couldn’t find any good ones. They have great ones and they Agua is awesome. I can’t wait to go back for a torta ahogada!! I haven’t had one since I was in GDL!! Check them out they close a little early. She said 7 PM. They are so good.!!”

The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet. It was nice sitting down at a restaurant and not being bombarded by loud music. The interior is small, but the seats are still roomy. “We had an early dinner yesterday and had such a great experience, from the kind owner, who ran the whole place by herself during that time, to the food, to the cleanliness. Everything was fresh. The place is clean from kitchen to dining area to the restroom.

The food was delicious, but we were in such a rush that I forgot to take photos of the food we ordered: grilled pork banh mi, bun bo hue, and kids pho with tofu. The tofu seemed freshly made. Everything was delicious!

The prices were reasonable and affordable.

We will surely be back to try other dishes as well.”

“33 years ago, my new wife introduced me to Vinces. In her previous marriage, Vinces in Renton was the family go to. One bite of Vinces pizza and I was hooked. The only negative is Vince's pizza has spoiled me to every other pizza place in the area. Vinces pizzas are Neapolitan style......much, much better (in my humble opinion) than any other pizza's. Vince's is the place our family always meets for special occasions. We have always been treated very well. My 9 year old grandson told me Vince's pepperoni pizza is his favorite.....it happens to be my favorite too. Writing this I'm starting to crave a pizza! Their other menu offerings are equally excellent. A year or so ago, we stopped for lunch. Out of the blue, I ordered one of their Italian Hero's. I will say it was the absolute BEST Sub/Hero/Grinder I had ever eaten. If you have not been to Vinces, so yourself a favor and try it. You might find you have a new favorite pizza/pasta place. A++”

“My wife pretty much dislikes teriyaki chicken. However, in a moment of weakness, she said yes to it this time. Since we moved recently, I looked around for a well rated Teriyaki restaurant near us, and Teriyaki house came up. Well, she loved it (and so did I!) but did not care for the sauce. So next time I went in, I asked for the chicken without the sauce, just on the side. Since then, this has been the only place we go for take out. The quality of the food is the best out of all the other Teriyaki places we tried and the couple who own the place are wonderful. I would love to spend a few days in the kitchen watching how this wonderful chef makes these dishes. I've tried several of the other offerings and they are just as excellent as the teriyaki. I look forward to trying more of their fabulous offerings. Highly recommended.”

“Wife and I were nearby with our two young kids after a kids birthday party. We decided to treat ourselves to some kbbq for surviving another kids birthday. Our kids aren’t into kbbq but they were still satisfied with some other options such as beef brisket ramen, fries, Yakitori and the soft serve ice cream. The AYCE is $50 on weekends, but well worth it. Quality of meats is good and the banchan hits everytime. Only mishap during our dining experience was having to ask for our kids ramen 3 times as it seemed like our waitress forgot. Wasn’t too big of a deal to wait ~20 minutes on it as mom and dad were throwing down on the grill and stuffing our faces”
