Didn’t know what was for lunch. Saw this taco wagon in a parking lot. Took a risk. Fortune favors the Bold! Telling the young man it was my first visit, he suggested some beef tacos with this broth. Dip the tacos in the broth, he said. I did. I think I heard Angels singing. My entire day improved. Simple food. Corn tortillas, cheese, meat, some garnish and brown broth. Absolutely stunning. Nothing fancy. Just deliciousness,
