Birrieria gourmet is located in the commons mall at the food court. There's a lot of birria type items. I got the quesabirria and the tacos were double wrapped. Like others, the tortillas were kind of soggy even though I ate it right when I got it from the kitchen. There was a good amount of meat and together with the cheese, it was juicy and delicious. So good! Customer service was good and even thought I left the food out for a few hours, it remained warm! They're generous with the cheese and the meal came with 3 tacos, the consomme, green sauce, and a bag full of onion, cilantro, and lime wedges! 10/10, would order again

They’re located in the mall and have a lot of birria items. I got the quesabirria and by itself was good. The consume was pretty watery and was like beef broth. I ended up using their salsa instead which was yummy.
