They are vastly understaffed. Food was as expected from an IHOP. Server was trying her best but had wat took many tables. Waited a long time to get seated, waited long to order, food came out quickly, but waited to pay.Kid-friendliness: The long wait made kids bored and restless.
Our waitress was super busy while other staff stood around!We waited 30 minutes to get anything to drink :( We asked one of the staff for something to drink and all she did was look at us and walked away! Our poor waitress kept apologizing for the wait. My thought was they know you are busy so jump in and help instead of standing there! Definitely no team work there at all!! Will not visit this place again!!

Ordered 2 eggs over med. They were cooked a bit hard for my liking. Loved the fried potatoes. Loved the real butter for my toast. Our server was super friendly and attentive. Like everywhere these days they are getting a bit pricey. Nearly $14 for 2 eggs, potatoes and toast. No coffee, nothing fancy.
