“The owner is very friendly, their food is the best northern Chinese cuisine I had in the greater Seattle area, I tried pepper and pork intestine, lamb soup noodles, the stir fried veggie, and I tried the hand-pulled chicken last time, I like all of them! Their food would be my first choice if I need a party catering in the future ?“
“This place has the best Indian food in the area!! I Grew up in Kent and would eat here several times a month. Now that we live about 30 minutes away, we don’t come as often but if we’re craving Indian, we make the drive because it’s totally worth it. I’ve tried about half a dozed other Indian food restaurants but none of them compared to Maharaja! The food is always fresh and has an authentic taste. Theres always a little wait for the food to come out but that’s because it’s made fresh. The wait is worth it. The chicken Tikka Masala is usually what I order and it’s fantastic. I’ve tried a few other dishes but that is my favorite dish. The Naan bread is made fresh to order and is really good. Whether you’re dining in or getting take out this is the best Indian food around. Pictured is the chicken Tikka Masala, butter chicken and butter Naan bread. The staff here are super friendly and make sure you are always taken care of. In all the times I’ve been here, I don’t think we had a bad server. They’re friendly to everyone and are super nice.I know there are a lot of options out there for Indian food but this place is the best by far, hands down. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed. They have a large private dinning room and a private event space up above the main dining area.“
“It's a little crack in the wall restaurant, but when you find it, it's a treat. The food is tasty, and the portions are generous. The spice levels are mean, so a level 3 spice will get you far. The staff are sweet, and easy to reach. Honestly wish I found this place sooner.“
“Love this place! The food is always fresh and the service is awesome, we almost never have an empty water glass! Every time we're close we stop in for some great food! ?Parking: We drive a full size crew cab long bed and we were able to park! Having a Big 5 in the same parking lot is helpful!“
“Since discovering this restaurant in January, 2020, I have eaten here about eighteen times and gotten takeout food from here about thirty eight times. This is an extraordinary restaurant and the chef and her staff really know a lot about food that tastes good, and they serve it. I am not an expert, but I think this is food from the region of China around Shanghai. When one eats at the restaurant, one is served a tiny little “Barbie’s appetizer” of the sort that in many European restaurants is called a throat/ mouth/ tongue amusement or something similar, in any one of a dozen or more languages. This little dish containing three items is very entertaining and it says a lot about the restaurant: one is slightly sweet, one is slightly sour, and one is slightly piquant. Consume it slowly and thoughtfully. With most orders, you will be served a small dish with minced not pressed garlic in it, covered with a darker liquid than soy sauce. This is so-called black vinegar, and I really like it served this way. I had never had a “soup dumpling” before, and, truth be told, I am not sure that I could’ve envisioned their existence until they confronted me, but they are spectacular and delicious, especially the pork ones. Do not get these soup dumplings to carry out or be delivered. Wait for the pandemic to pass so that you can eat them just as they are served in the restaurant. Other dishes that I consider delicious to the point of having spectacular characteristics are the pork pancake rolls, beef pancake rolls, egg & chive pancake rolls, the hot and sour tofu hot pot (!), every kind of dumpling that they make, the pork wonton in spicy sichuan sauce, and today, to my great satisfaction, I was introduced to the Chinese sausage with a handmade noodle that they call vermicelli, but it is rather wide. I have not eaten much fried rice since I first ate Chinese food a very long time ago. I ordered fried rice here and it was wonderfully toothsome and delicious. The pancake rolls are difficult to eat, but they are so tasty that they can be forgiven. The app that they use for takeout orders is rather buggy, and I find I prefer to order in person and sit down and read a book while they prepare the food. The warm, alert, and friendly staff are liable to recognize you if you eat there more than once, even if you wear an elaborate mask. This detail quite took my breath away. A slight preponderance of the clientele appears to me to have Asian ancestry. At my house, we can usually make four to six “person-meals“ from three orders of food from here. Overall, my feeling about this restaurant is the feeling I would have if I found a bag of gold dust on a forest trail. July, 2020: A new special, off menu, written on construction paper on the wall is “salt and pepper shrimp.” This is very lightly batter-dipped shrimp, in its shell, fried with assorted peppers, red, green, black. It is delicious. Since my first visit in early 2020, I have continued to eat here 1 to 4 times a month. I strongly re-endorse my comments above.“
“Very nice and helpful. Aaliyah was especially accommodating. I had to wait awhile on a large door dash order and she made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited since it was going to take awhile. Very satisfied.“
“If your in the mood for some really good seafood then don't skip Wally's! The deck has a view of the water and is my favorite spot on a sunny day. Food is always on point, service is usually quick but parking is the only down side. Parking is tight, still worth going tho.“
“Amazing! Best soup we have had in federal way! We had the rice cake dumpling soup and the beef short rib soup! The short rib came with 3 ribs loaded with meat with a hearty broth and clear noodles! The rice cake dumpling soup had a seolleongtang broth and every bite was filled with ingredients! Portion size is very generous! Can’t wait to come back and try more!“
“Oh how deep and subtle taste Korean traditional soup ! And House Handmade dumpling is very great price and delicious ?I strongly recommend when you need original Korean beef bone soupThe disappointing thing is only sweet Kimchi. They said they need to make it sweet for American's taste.....Hope put less sugar ..Oh right very kind and nice service !“
“If you’re wanting something yummy try this place! We had the pupusas, birria tacos, and champurado and it was all so delicious and filling! My husband and I lived in South America for two years and we can say this food is delicious and authentic. Skip the chain restaurants and try this place it is more than worth it!“
“One of our favorite places to eat ever!! After trying many, many, many Pupusas elsewhere, we keep coming back here. The spinach Pupusas are my favorite, the melted cheese crust is the best! The server Luis is the best, so fast, nice and remembers you by name.“
“I got the spicy chicken teriyaki (my personal default) combo with the four piece gyoza. I came in after lunch around 1:45pm after calling in my order. I picked up my order, paid, thanked the staff and left. It was a nice day, so I drove down to a park to enjoy the weather while I ate.The plating was three quarters rice, one quarter salad with the chicken on top of the rice. Portions were pretty generous. I would say there was about three chicken thighs worth of meat on there. The chicken was a little messy in its arrangement, but it may have been jostled on my journey down. It did look like the chicken was tossed in a sauce after cooking, as the cut sides of the chicken were colored by the sauce pretty consistently. But that also could have come from an additional application of sauce once the chicken was plated. The chicken itself was great. It had a little bit of char on it (as it should) but wasnt overcooked. It could’ve had a little more char on it, but what I got would suffice. I wouldn’t describe it as juicy, but it was not dry whatsoever. The sauce coating the chicken was sweeter than what I was used to, but balanced out well with the rice. They gave me an additional sauce cup that I put on top. That sauce was unusually thick, and took some work to get mixed/spread over the chicken. I honestly don’t even think it was necessary for me to use it, but it was fine. The chicken was good, bordering on great. The rice took up enough of the sauce to imbue it with some of its tasty flavor making the rice experience quite pleasant. The grains were of a medium to medium-short variety which is pretty typical of most teriyaki establishments. The rice didnt show any signs of it sitting in a rice cooker too long nor did it show any signs of overcooking. The rice stuck together in clumps pretty well even after absorbing some of the sauce. Overall the rice was good. The salad was of the iceberg mix variety with a few slivers of carrots in it, again pretty typical. Like it came from a grocery store pre-mix bag. Not that its a bad thing. The dressing was medium thickness, sweet and slightly acidic. It was pretty comparable to most teriyaki restaurants. The gyoza were fried well, and had a nice crispy shell. The shell itself did not show signs of freezer burn and had nice blistering from frying. The filling felt pretty average but that is saying that I still enjoyed it very much. The dipping sauce for the gyoza was not too soy sauce heavy. It had a nice acidity likely from a mirin or a rice wine vinegar and a touch of sesame oil for flavor paired very well with the dumplings. The meal was expensive though, I was out the door $21 poorer (not including tip). Now this could totally be my fault for not looking at the reciept or menu more closely, but I was expecting the charge to be more like $18 based on the images of their menu on google. However, they dont have a spicy chicken teriyaki + gyoza item on their menu specifically though they do have one thats teriyaki + 3 gyoza + 1 egg roll. So maybe I was charged a non-combo price.Overall, 8/10 experience on the meal. The price knocks down a point and the chicken not being fresh sliced does as well. But it still gets 5 stars because its great. Theres nothing wrong here and they get most everything just the way it should be. I would recommend this spot to anyone in the area.“
“This place has gone uphill with the new owners. The gentlemen greets us every time with a smile, gets our order correct and really has pride in his restaurant. The decor is wonderful and food is consistently great. I rate pho based on a few criteria of what we typically prefer to order and this restaurant is one of the few that hits them all.-Spring , has option for grilled pork or chicken and they’re delicious!-Peanut , homemade- Chicken , I love the fish sauce wings, they’re fresh, but wish I had more of that sauce-Chili/garlic Two types, homemade and both spicy how i like it-Pho , consistently amazing with deep flavors with-Portion , perfect for a great price-, they don’t skimpPro tip: I suggested that his wife bottle and sell her spicy chili sauce, it’s delicious! The next time we came in, she did and we bought a few Togo. Be careful-it’s spicy!“
“Really good pho! Solid ingredient portions and quality. The broth was rich with the perfect amount of viscosity, flavor, salt, and oil.Clean (no sticky tables!), great service, and bonus - they have flan, AND it was good!Vegetarian options: They have a full separate menu for vegetarians.“
“Im the eat at home because I can cook better than most restaurants kind of person. Vietnamese cuisine specifically Pho being one of my favorite dishes and I've been to a lot of places and tried probably a hundred different restaurants at this point. I'd put this solidly in my top 10. Maybe even top 5. You don't get much better.Only con was the meat ratio was a little low but the cuts were quality and the price was did justify the amount of meat. Good deal and top notch food and service.“
“During my first visit to the US, Olive Garden in Seattle marked my inaugural restaurant experience, and it surpassed all expectations! The inviting ambiance, coupled with the warm hospitality of the staff, made me feel right at home. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and attentive service. What's more, the complimentary salad was a delightful surprise, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was nothing short of spectacular, with each dish bursting with flavor and freshness. From the savory main course to the delectable dessert, every bite was a culinary delight.Overall, my experience at Olive Garden was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding service and delicious food.“
“I've ate at this pho place several times. My go-to order, Pho #27 with brisket and steak, always exceeds expectations with its generous portions of meat and flavorful broth. Additionally, the shrimp spring rolls never disappoint; they're equally fantastic. With delicious food and speedy service, I have no complaints whatsoever. This place earns a solid 5 out of 5 stars in my book!“
“Best conveyor belt sushi I’ve ever had! Conveniently located near the gym and mall, Sushi Omiya has great prices and quality sushi for a quick sushi joint. For 4-5 plates I spend about $20-$25, and get chicken Karaage, salmon nigiri x2, tempura udon, and another role. My friends and I usually get seated pretty quickly, but Friday evenings seem to be their busiest day so expect a wait. The staff are attentive and friendly. Will share pictures next time I’m here.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, all flat“
“You will never feel sorry for eating at Pho 7!! Spectacular Vietnamese cuisine with strong flavors for a decent price. We pick up from here regularly and tonight the gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to help me carry our drinks to my car when not even requested. A quality small business that I hope stays open forever. I love living across the street from Pho 7!“
“I love this place! Always consistent and delicious. It's a treat I make sure I can get often. The service and speediness is always on point. I've been coming here for 8 years and always enjoy talking with the owner. Hands down a favorite place. All items in the menu are spectacular. Check it out for yourself!“
“This place is near the airport and the street is very chaotic and it’s shockingly pleasant when you come into this restaurant. They have really really good sound proofing and when you walk in the ambiance is peacefully wonderful. They have pleasant music playing at a low volume. A water fall. Nice warm lighting but sun shaded windows so you can see outside just fine but the sun dosn’t beat down on you. The colors and the art and the tables and seats are all very zen. It’s simply peaceful in here. The staff was friendly and the food was great. Definitely come check this place out if you’re in the area.“
“Good food and good service. The waiter was a nice young man who was very friendly. Inside is small. Menu is fairly simple, mostly focusing on Thai street food. There are some unique dishes like Hainanese Chicken and Northern Thai Curry. We tried 3 dishes: garlic pork was my favorite, followed by fried chicken salad. We tried Thai spicy (5/5 ) with the Northern Thai Curry with vermicelli, and it wasn't super spicy. The curry is quiet thick, and the flavor wasn't my favorite.“
