Went on Easter Evening with the family. Never been to this location before. I would give you a 4.5 if I could only because they should have known better than to have had a new guy working a big area during a Sunday holiday. The line was about 25 min and they were not that busy to have been that long. However the host both male n female were very nice n let us know every few minutes that they are working on a table. This Red Robin is fantastic! Food is always made well, servers are kind and if you ever have a problem they go above and beyond to fix it! I will only visit this one the other spots aren't as attentive and barely care when you have an issue. Keep up the great work guys!

Had to try this week's special Bonsai ? Burger. Although was not charged the special price. Was charged $1.99 extra for the normally free side. The burger tasted ok, but I preferred the former Bonsai better. Service was good at times, but then he forgot my refill. Sat in the bar.
