“If you’re in Leavenworth and don’t stop at Blewett Brewing, you’re doing the town wrong.

We came in expecting solid pub food and good beer. What we got was some of the best pizza we’ve had anywhere, full stop. The crust alone deserves its own fan club. Perfectly blistered, airy, crisp on the outside with that chewy, authentic bite you only get when someone actually cares about dough. You can taste the quality of the ingredients immediately. This isn’t “brewery pizza.” This is legit, crave-it-again pizza.

And then there’s Summer, the owner. She served us herself and embodies everything people love about Leavenworth and small-town businesses done right. Warm, welcoming, proud of what she’s built, and genuinely invested in every table having a great experience. That kind of hospitality changes a meal into a memory.

The drinks absolutely hold their own too. Great beers across styles, excellent cider options, and a menu that goes well beyond pizza. But honestly, the pizza alone is worth the trip with kids, friends, or anyone who appreciates real food made by real people who care.

“The food here was incredible, easily the best place in the whole week we were in Leavenworth. No crappy, frozen-then-deep-fried German food to be found here! Service was amazing, our waitress had the cutest little snowflake barrettes in her hair and was very efficient and friendly. The craft cocktails were incredible. Restaurant was very loud, so maybe not good for people hard of hearing, but overall a really good experience.”

“We were at Icicle and saw them opening next door so decided to check the menu! Had GF options, so stopped in for dinner and what an experience!! CK was not only one of the best servers we’ve ever had but made our anniversary dinner a whole experience! Everyone working had such good vibes working together and you could tell They all truly enjoyed being there. Food was AMAZING! The date appetizer was out of this world as well as the flank steak and scallop entrees! “What a gem of a coffee shop and cafe in the heart of downtown Leavenworth. WA, the cute little Bavarian-style town in the mountains of Washington State. Came for the coffee, as we are always looking for good, local coffee shops and were delighted to discover their food (those biscuits!!!) was amazing! Tried several menu items over the few days we were staying in the area and were never disappointed…everything was delicious (did I mention the biscuits??? ☺️). Truly a must stop while you are in town or just passing through…highly recommended!!!”

“I recently had dinner here . I sat outside , where the temperature was very pleasant and the breeze kept the mosquitos at bay . I started with the mushroom starter . It was sublime, maybe even sinful . I had the halibut , which was cooked to perfection , accompanied by delicious roasted veggies . Jill , my server was great ! She was very attentive , and took good care of me throughout my dinner . Great setting , great food , and great service ! What more is there ?1?!”

“Me and my wife had the opportunity to dine in at carta during Valentine's Day weekend, we did not have reservations but we were able to get it and sit at the bar as it had a couple seats open, the bar tender and team members greeted us with kind gestures and let us know where we could hang our jackets, my wife loved the atmosphere of the place which gives off a nice small and cozy environment with out overcrowding, before ordering food we ordered drinks off the drink menu which were prepared precisely and in great time, we then ordered food as we're both hungry, I ordered the meatloaf which was a boar and bison meatloaf with seasoned mash potatoes and grilled vegetables, and my wife ordered the tendori chicken, both meals were prepared and brought out to us within a short amount of time, Both meals looked, smelled and tasted amazing amazing, but we both agreed that the tendori chicken outshined as it was so delicious and prepared so perfectly with the right amount of Spices and herds, after the entree we ordered a dessert off the dessert menu which was not very long but had some great options available, the chocolate cake is what we settled on, as it was placed on the table I immediately thought of the movie Matilda (chocolate cake scene) as the piece of cake was massive, the cake was so delicious and flavorful but we could not finish it as it was just so much food. I would like to also note that during this whole time the bartender and staff aswell as the manager treated us so well and made sure our drinks were refilled and made sure we were comfortable and not needing anything more. I would highly recommend carta and will be going again soon.”

“I'm from Texas. These owners tout their history as being Texans. I ordered the chicken fried steak. Expecting a steak similar at least to what I use to getting in Texas. However, no such luck. While everything tasted good (except the gravy) I was disappointed in the chicken fried steak. The other thing I wanted was grits and the lady taking our orders stated to me that there were no grits ever. Even though I saw them on the menu on your web site. I live in Wenatchee and an hour is quite a drive for a breakfast I can easily get in Wenatchee and it will be served on a plate with silverware instead of a paper plate with plastic silverware.”
