“The person taking my order accommodated a special request, which was appreciated. The food was mostly fresh and tasty. A star comes off from the biscuit though. It wasn't quite as perfect - a little on the dry side (not terrible - just not five-star quality). I'd come back.“
“he fried chicken is absolutely delicious, even reheated later. We live on Whidbey, and I picked up the chicken on my way home from Seattle, and it was still great. What a treat to have a menu where it’s all gluten free. At first I thought $8 seemed expensive for a chicken thigh, but they are huge! Everything tastes like it is made with care from high quality ingredients. We also enjoyed the crispy potatoes and butter mochi. My husband, who has celiac, was in chicken heaven. A few notes: Definitely pre-order. They seem to be busy from right when they open at 4pm. Also it can be hard to find a parking spot in the area so you will want to allow time for that. It’s all worth it though!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free yes“
“First time trying “Shaq’s” Big Chicken and it was decent but nothing amazing. Ordered the original big chicken sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. Chicken sandwich is not as “Big” as I thought, the size was rather average! Still the chicken was fresh and crispy, and the brioche bun was buttery and soft. There is a sauce station with all kinds of different sauces. My favorite is the Carolina mustard bbq sauce. The Mac and cheese was the best I’ve ever had at a quick service restaurant, the noodle texture was just perfect and you can really taste the different types of cheese they used to make it. Overall it’s worth a try, but I don’t see myself craving this food enough to justify the the cost. That’s why I minus one star because of the prices.“
“I'm glad to find decent Korean fried chicken in the Lynnwood/Edmonds area. I had the full chicken, half Asian garlic and half sweet and spicy. It was lightly breaded and the Asian garlic was pretty good, while the sweet and spicy was basically in sweet chilli sauce you get out of a bottle. So it was decently good but not spectacular.“
“One of the best fried chicken in the area (to me). I love the crunchy crispy savory chicken skin so much, that’s why I couldn’t resist them and stated to eat it in the car. Not a white meat person but I can cope with the chicken breast here because it’s juicy and tender. 3 pieces with a roll is my go-to Saturday happy meal, the roll is good when you luckily get one fresh from the oven.“
“Vons Korean fried chicken is off the hook! The chicken is amazing, and the breading they use has a nice crunch and texture! Recommend getting the spicy boneless crispy fried chicken with a side of white rice! Ambiance is a bit hole in the wall look but do not judge this book by its cover! The service is quick and they are nice! Eating in you are served on paper plates with Togo boxes and disposable utensils. This however will not keep me from getting an order of their delicious fried chicken! Don't miss out, give Vons a try. They don't disappoint!“
“Found this a while back. It was solid chicken, went there on a Wednesday during lunch hours chicken strips were fresh and they made jojos fresh for me. I cant complain, been looking for something close to raising canes recipe and this hit that spot.“
“Ezell's Famous Chicken in Bothell offers classic fried chicken that hits the spot. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, with a crispy, well-seasoned crust. They also have a good selection of sides, like mashed potatoes and mac and cheese.Overall, Ezell's is a good option for a casual meal of fried chicken and comfort food sides.“
“This is absolutely the most peaceful place you could ever dine at. As I am told it is quite busy on the weekends. But the Food is amazing Every time I come. (Even if it is on a week day) The service holds to a five star always making sure to check on you, to make sure your needs are met.I Hope anyone willing to try out this café will be able to enjoy it as much as I have.?“
