“Wife and I got exactly what we expected tonight: A great meal out in the country in a family owned restaurant. A very good value. We ate every bite. I love old buildings with culture and history within them. This is a place for regular hard working people.Vegetarian options: They do garden burgers and loaded baked potatoKid-friendliness: Lots of dad jokes, not much swearing, not a rap music kind of crowd.“
“Service was good. Chowder was good. The fish and chips were just okay. Like the lightness of the beer batter but it quickly became soggy and fell apart as it cooled. The fish was not seasoned and was bland.Hope to come back and try the other items on the menu.“
“The ideal location is the least of this establishment's attributes! The food menu has the pub fare you expect; they don't overreach here, and the quality seems better for it. The on-site brewery is cool, and the beer list is both creative and inventive--not to mention delicious! While being partial to an outdoor patio (especially one that welcomes dogs!), we found the interior to be airy and charming, with plenty of exposed brick, natural lighting, and what must be the original wood plank flooring. The Skagit River Brewery has earned a repeat customer and a guaranteed stop when entertaining out of town friends!“
“The Pollo en Mole was so good, I even dipped my Birria tacos in the sauce. This place is definitely authentic and the best Mexican restaurant in Whatcom County that I’ve been too. Seriously, it’s my new favorite. The corn tortillas and salsa are made fresh daily. It’s totally worth it.“
“When the bar we went to closed 2 years ago th OT's made us feel welcome great atmosphere good cheap drinks we called it our homeless shelterWhen our old bar opened up again we called the owners over and told them this was no longer our homeless shelter it was our home nowOT's is a great place to meet friends and hang out get a great burger catch the games and just chill“
“Very happy we stopped here for dinner. The French Dip meat was the best I have ever tasted. Shaved with not an ounce of fat. It has ruined me for future French Dip sandwiches. Just wish the dipping gravy was so salty. The popcorn chicken was also great. There are multiple dipping choices available and we got the buffalo sauce and some blue cheese. Wow! YummyEleven beers on tap, ice cold. Love this place.“
“Delicious and well varied menu with a delightful amount of in-house products and ingenuity, all designed to go great with your beverage of choice.Clean and well served, always.Come here in the summer and find a seat in the back to get the full Trainwreck experience as your silverware shakes from the train passing by a mere 20 feet from the building. There’s nothing like it for that.Parking: Park at the public lot just west of the bar, there is always space there and their own dedicated parking between the building and the tracks is the bumpiest gravel lot you ever did see :)“
“Fun and funky location...with a atmosphere that can only experienced. The Longhorn is a classic old style saloon...and a local landmark. The one server did an outstanding job...with a happy face, serving a table of "mature" people. The food was tasty, ample, and hot...timely service considering one server.Discovered that this place has an connection to the famous annual "oyster run". Google it:) “
“Food is amazing. It's rich but not rich like east of Idaho. It's fresh and delicious. Its service is also great with hearty portions. Service is outstanding. We were there with only two waitress for both indoor and outdoor. We asked how we could help. They said order your first at the bar and we'll be out. The service was top notch afterwards for such a think staff. The place was half full. Ambiance is amazing. Dogs are the owners or locals I think. Outdoor seating is not to be missed. In the wonder there is plenty of space indoor. Biker clubs love this place. We're a sport bike club and this is a destination restaurant. Enjoy!!“
“Austin was a great bartender! We loved this bar by the RR tracks where freight trains would scream by. There's a nice spot out back by the tracks with a concrete slab you can rest on while you puff if you imbibe. We are shuffleboard aficionados and enjoyed the long table. The table needs some TLC, but most people wouldn't notice. Two level pool tables with good queues.“
“The office tavern is impressive at the very least. A warm, welcome environment, beautifully accented by tasteful lighting, colorful and charismatic signs, and a good ambient collection of voices. The music selection is fantastic, on the day I dined here it was country/Western music like Tyler Childers, but I'm sure I would have heard more if I continued to tune in. The food was amazing! I would eat here purely for the Philly cheese steak fries and nothing else! The teriyaki bowl was sweet and tangy with the right amount of ginger! I wish my burger had some sauce in it, but I may have missed that option when ordering. It was a bit tall but I requested another patty so that is my fault. Make burgers wider- not taller! It was incredibly juicy so I had to eat it upside down for the larger bun to absorb the juices. The fries themselves were fantastic, a beautiful, flaky, crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside, gold standard of fries. No gimmicks, just quality ingredients and artfully cooked on every dish. I plan on eating here often! The value is very good, I payed about $35 for an appetizer and my burger“
“Love this place for burgers and beverages. Food is always delicious, service friendly, drinks are yummy and the atmosphere is great. We typically sit in the bar which is a smaller space and love it. Sometimes it can be hard to get checks and to-go boxes either in the restaurant or bar but sometimes they get busy and don't have enough people on the floor. Still yummy though.“
“We like this bar because of the cool dive bar vibe and they try to make you happy by putting out good food, reasonable beer prices and their servers are attentive and efficient. Their meat lovers pizza rocks and the cheese garlic bread works. My only complaint would be the female bartender that's too shameless/selfish to care that her seismic loud voice completely dominates the scene there every time she speaks to be the center of attention.“
