“This place has the best French Dip around! There Super Sub, salad and cheesy bread are made with great ingredients and delicious. The Wheelhouse always has plenty of good beers to choose from, ambience is perfect at this bar and the bartenders rock too.“
“The fish and chips...the chips are fire...the fish...meh 9 bucks for a shot of bulliet bourbon. Great decor, friendly bartender, good pours, cold beer. The bathroom is open with no stall. 0/10 on the poopability scale. The back patio is intimate and colorful. They have a jukebox and you will hear a wide variety of music being played on it from hank Williams to slipknot. All in all not a bad little spot.“
“We have been eyeballing this place for years saying we need to try it someday. We finally did and we are sad we never made it in sooner. The food was absolutely incredible and the waitress April is an amazing asset to this establishment. We will be back soon! You will not be sorry you went!Kid-friendliness: My daughter is 12. I did see another kid in there quite a bit younger than her.“
“Close to the dedicated Guermes ferry, with a panoramic view of Anacortes and its ship yards.Well shaped sandwich and burger menu, as well as soups and salads, with a beautiful outside garden. My "ancient grains" vegeburger came in a home baked bun with hand cut fries, the burger was crunchy and very tasty. I also chose a Chukanut Pilsner for the perfect end of summer lunch.Fun place to go, leave time for exploring this small island.“
“Secret Cove is lovely & low key with comfort food, sandwiches, burgers, & of course SEAFOOD! BEST Halibut Fish & chips EVER! Their slaw is on point! I dream about the halibut fish & chips! THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD HANDS DOWN!!“
“The chicken special on the menu was SO delicious! Very messy to eat but worth it. The lovely waitress we had, I wish I could remember her name. She was so friendly and a great server! I loved the quick zodiac chat we had!The surprise trivia night we weren't expecting made for a fun evening for my traveling partner and I!“
“It was our first time trying the place after driving by so many times. The two waitresses were smoking outside at the front door so when we walked in they did too with their smoker odor in tow. That was a turn off at the start. Very 1980's vibe, original oak/wooden booths and 80's decor but clean. We got breakfast, the Millworker and a veggie omelette. It was a fluffy omlette, done well and it has onions, green peppers and mushrooms. It was filled with onions, way too many and it would be great to have different veggies or more but all in all good. My husband thought his was great, as ordered.“
“The drinks were tasty, the service was quick, and the food was absolutely delicous. The pork enchiladas were a combination of many great flavors, the halibut tacos (the daily special) were lighter but just as good, and the baked brie was fantastic!“
“Hidden gem! Stumbled into this little gem on the way to Vancouver. Fabulous food, fabulous view, fantastic service. And I'm fussy having traveled extensively for 40+ years all over the world. Ask for Robel at the bar. Great guy and great service!“
“Great service as usual. The staff here is friendly and fast they all offer help at all tables we ordered a couple of drinks and the spinach artichoke dip with pita . It came super hot! Could use a bit of seasoning. It was good not great. Can't beat the atmosphere and service though. A lot of people and loud ambiance. They offer many different beers and ciders as well. With a stop for sure.“
