“Excellent Halal / Middle Eastern food, a great value for the money. I eat gluten-free, so I ordered their Lamb Shawarma meal and had them sub in a bit more rice and salad instead of the pita. The meal came in an aluminum tray that was chock full of delicious seasoned rice, hummus, tasty tender lamb and a wonderful Greek type salad with Tzatziki. For a lighter eater such as myself, this lunch will make two meals. This is now my 2 “go-to” fave place near my office.“

“Food was delicious! We ordered satay chicken , pineapple fried rice and red curry with basil. It was altogether a good experience. So glad we found this little Thai restaurant. The owner, a very sweet Thai lady does everything herself. Hope she gets assistance soon.“

“We had an amazing time. Our waiter was so friendly and prompt (I wish I remembered his name. ) We came in a Thursday night which was perfect to avoid the crowds. I was able to make a reservation and sit by the window. The bread was excellent it comes with salted butter and served warm. My sister said her long island was the best she's ever had. Our steaks were cooked well done as requested and still juicy and flavorful. Everything is essentially Ala carte although you do get a little bit of garlic potatoes as a garnish with your steak and a choice of soup or salad. We will definitely come again. Oh and my waiter made me a cappuccino himself and added flavor since I like a little sweetness to mine and I appreciated that very much.Parking: This steakhouse is located on the 11th floor of the EQC hotel so you have to park in their garage and go up to the hotel. Then you will go up again to the top floor and the entire floor is the restaurant. If you go on a weekend parking might be a little more inconvenient.Kid-friendliness: If you have well behaved children they can absolutely come. If you don't, please don't bring them and ruin other people's dinners. Especially at these prices you're paying for the experience as well as the food.“

I was dining with a few friends and our server never forgot about us and brought us refills at the speed of light!Wheelchair accessibility: two ramps on either side of the front door and the inside of the restaurant doesn't have any steps or anything like that, I don't believe.“

“Northern is the only location we patronize for fresh fish that we prepare at home. Atvleast once a week we stop by: varieties of salmon, cod, clams, mussels, oysters, steelhead, halibut, scallops, rockfish--we have eaten them all. The employees will cut filets to order. The fish is fresh and tasty. Northern supplies other retail places with fish, but why bother with their delivery schedule when we can go straight to the source? In addition to fresh fish, their varieties of smoked salmon are delicious. The employees are always friendly and helpful..“

Update: went back the next day & the food was watered down and not near as good as the first time, but still some good flavors. So I'm not sure about how consistent they are. Would still recommend though.“
