“My husband and I decided to have dinner here on a Tuesday night, and so we walked over from our house in nearby Sun Willows. In comparison, a week earlier we had treated ourselves to a more expensive steak at a certain restaurant that rhymes with Spudd’s and the meal cost us over 100.00.I went out on a limb and ordered the steak at The Bistro at Best Western with a baked potato. Oh My Goodness was I in for a treat! The steak was cooked perfectly (MR), it was seasoned perfectly- just the right amount of char from those beautiful grill marks. And the baked potato- that baked potato was as if the angels pulled a cloud from heaven, heated it up, and put the right amount of butter and sour cream on it! The asparagus was also cooked perfectly (not too hard- not too mushy) and the chef took the hard parts out. VERY enjoyable meal.And- even though the place was so busy- likely because of their delicious food- the service was great. The waitress had a great personality, gave us exactly what we ordered, and made sure our table was buses, and we had plenty of drink!I want to keep this gem for myself- I mean, who would have thought at a Best Western restaurant!! It was less than half the cost of our meal at the other place, and twice as enjoyable!10/10 would recommend!!”

“We came here for a birthday party with a party of 12 and it was fantastic. The Yakitori was great, the crowd was split on the soft shell crab for appetizers. The spicy tuna roll, Nikko Hako, and No. 12 rolls were fantastic. The Nikko Hako won by a bit for overall flavor. The chicken teriyaki and chicken fried rice were a huge hit as well with the kids and we both sold on coming back. They also liked the kids drink menu. The Tuna Sashimi was probably the crown jewel of the night, we could have had half a dozen pieces each. Service and owner were also great to work with and everyone had a good experience.”

“I ordered the Classic Pasco with garlic fries. Service was swift and the food was being finished as I drove up. $13 for a really good burger and fries? No tip required because they pay their people a livable wage, taxes are included in the $13. I'll start with the burger. All ingredients were fresh. The burger itself was perfectly cooked. It was juicy and tasted great. The garlic fries were loaded with toppings and were delicious. The meal was served with napkins, a wet towelette, a fork, salt and pepper, ketchup and fry sauce. Kind of like how all to go orders should be served. I will be back to try another menu item in the near future. Keep up the good work!”

Seasons Restaurant & Buffet 2525 N 20th Ave, Pasco American • $$
2525 N 20th Ave, Pasco

“WOW! Just WOW! Unfortunately, the pandemic closed most buffets down, apparently permanently. Fortunately, Pasco’s Red Lion has risen from the ashes. They brought in a new chef specifically to ramp up their cuisine, and HOLY COW did they nail it. They raised the bar to the point their Thanksgiving 2022 holiday buffet topped every buffet we’ve found in our road trips all over the lower 48 states. We’ve never before seen such a consistently superior array of veggies, meats, desserts, salads, fruit, and sides featuring off-the-chart flavors, textures, freshness, variety, and tummy-rubbing pleasure. Diners from health nuts to trough feeders — both apply to me — can satisfy any appetite in awe. Your next opportunity for this fabulous, special holiday treat is Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023. They told me reservations will be available somewhere around mid-March*. Don’t miss this opportunity. They will accommodate, pamper, and please you and your tastebuds whether there are two or two dozen people at your table. * Unfortunately, their website doesn’t even mention their holiday buffets, their phone system is among the worst I’ve ever encountered, and it took me hours to paste this review. On the rare occasions that anyone answers any of their phone numbers, they’re unfamiliar with the buffet and/or give incorrect phone numbers (e.g., the Columbia Basin College Security Police phone number) for information about it. This must cost the hotel and the restaurant a tremendous amount of business. Some employee needs to bring his kid in there and get their act together. One exception has been Sandra, who, when I can reach her, gets answers for me. In the meantime, go to their Seasons Restaurant website to find out more about their smaller daily buffets at 11 AM (not 11:30). Each weekday offers a specific cuisine including at least two very good main entrees plus many sides priced from the basics right up to prime rib, as you choose. I’d catch those daily buffets more often if their desserts weren’t so fantastic or if I had more will power. I have absolutely no connection with the Red Lion. I simply love to eat outstanding food — the more the better — and their holiday buffets top my list. It’s too bad they’re so secretive about it. They should be shouting it from the rooftops.”

“OK let me start with the fact that these girls made the night the funniest night I’ve had in a long time not to mention the food was phenomenal. They had a type of french fry that I have never tried before where it’s soft in the inside and crispy on the outside edges, but just the two outside edges Super good they bring a rack full of sauces to your table. You don’t have to pay $.25 $.50 or even a dollar per wrench container they bring you the whole bottle along with four other sauces. They have every pulled tab you can think of music and the bartenders are fun lively and they aren’t fake, I don’t usually leave this link of review, but this one knocked my socks off I will be returning here along with referring everybody else I know to this place for a long time when I find out the names of the bartenders, I will let you knowKid-friendliness: It’s a bar so no kids sorry”
