“Placed a big group order for a college basketball team traveling home from Walla Walla, we called about 20 minutes out and they said it would be ready in 30. We got there even earlier than anticipated at our bulk order was already completed and ready for us on arrival. Extremely efficient working environment and the manager working this evening was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. I appreciate good service and we definitely received it and that manager (or team lead) deserves a raise ?“
“Great soup and sandwiches! The person who took our order was fun and answered our questions. The prices were EXTREMELY high! Over $50 for 2 sandwiches, one soup, one beverage.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker and it was very difficult moving through the restaurant. Tables and chairs were blocking the aisles and we had to move them around just to get to a place to sit. None of the employees would help us. We had to do it all ourselves.“
“Best Jimmy Johns store that I have ever been to. I am sure ownership in the region is probably the same and all are good but this one has always been top notch. Always seems to have the best wrapped unwiches and orders are always extremely quick whether it is ordered online, app, or in person.“

“This place gets super busy and they are always shirt staffed. That said, be kind and patient. The employees are super kind and are working hard with what they have. The food is basic subway, nothing to wow, but they have the best options for healthier choices in the area.“
“The guys working at the counter was great but he is over worked and has no help. Was talking to other customers and mentioned he hasn’t had a day off in 16 days and for the most part works solo. This dude deserves better from an establishment that has been around for as long as subway has. My mobile order was slated as ready when it was just getting started when I arrived, again due to the fact that actual customers had arrived first, which is understandable to accommodate them first but if he had another staff member working with him both my and the other customers orders could’ve been attended to. Poor subway worker. This review reflects subway and not the person who serve me. He was great. The amount he had to handle. Not so much. Give that guy a raise or time and a half for working solo.“
“The service is always great and the food is probably the best quality you can get at a chain restaraunt. Its a little pricey but always satisfying. It always seems very understaffed but the skeleton crew working is always polite while working at break neck speeds. Eating here reminds me of buying Nike, im satisfied with the product and want more, I just have to willfully ignore the sweatshop labor that went into making it. 4/5 stars, would trade my values for a cheese steak again.Parking: Its columbia center mall, just like everything else in tri cities its designed like an 8 year old playing their first game of sim city made it. That isnt Jersey Mike's fault though.“
“Didn’t follow instructions for order, paid for extra bacon on my salad and didn’t get any, but did get the croutons I asked to be left off. Also didn’t include fry sauce, salad dressing or napkins. We love Bruchis but we’re definitely disappointed tonight.“
