Elizabeth is the definition of above and beyond for outstanding customer service. I had a dibacle with my app in store having trouble ordering and Elizabeth was doing everything that she could to help. Every hiccup I had she tried finding a solution. The other employee working was just lallygagging around doing 1/10th of the work she was. If she isn't a manager, she should be. If she is, she should be an area manager. Horrible experience ordered online for pickup showed up at the time they said it would be ready was told the order was paused in their system and it would be out soon. Took almost an hour to get the food then when I got home was missing all but one side. Will never be back. Wish I could give zero stars

Super long wait at drive thru,15min in line, then waited 10mins at the window to get my order taken. Just to be told there was a 15-20min wait for chicken. Typical good Popeyes chicken but I would've left if I knew it was going to take an hour to get some "fast food"
