Ryan was our window barista today, 11-26. Super sweet. Whoever took our order got it completely wrong...16oz lattes, not 20. Forgot the 2 snowman cookies. We asked for a pup cup. It wasn't communicated. Screen wasn't up so I couldn't check my order like i usually do. No big deal. Ryan was fixing everything. We weren't upset.
