Dating back to a discrimination encounter I experienced 8 months ago that I still haven't received my refund for.The front end self checkout customer service representative was rude to me when approaching me while I was making a payment by mentioning a comment, "she's just not doing what we want today." Holly is very busy. She is doing her best but she needs help and her lack of customer service shows huge. I feel really bad for how over worked she is. I hope Safeway can find a way to help her out so she will not be so overworked. We will not be back
