“Our sushi was fresh and delicious! The ramen looked good. I'd try that next time. Not really table service, you fill out a form and they bring you food. Would be good if they checked in more often for drinks or additional orders but overall, we enjoyed ourselves and prices are “
“For a revolving sushi bar, this place is top notch! The service is fast and friendly and the servings are well worth the money. I was honestly not expecting anywhere near as large of portion sizes as I received and was very happy when I saw! The bubble tea here is also fantastic!“
“We came in just before closing, not realizing what their hours were. The server encouraged us to come in and stay. So glad we did. I got the special, a Samurai roll. Delicious! My husband got the chicken bento box. I had the same meal at a different restaurant 4 days prior and his was better! The teriyaki chicken, the tempura, the salad dressing all were better. Prices about the same. We ate quickly, tipped well, and will be back!“
“This is a great Japanese restaurant. All sorts of sushi and even if it's not on the menu, they'll help you get what you're wanting. The hot food is fantastic. The only gripe I have is that you don't get a proper amount of chicken with the yakisoba; however, if you have some chicken at home then throw it in with your leftovers, add some teriyaki sauce, and you're set.“
“TL;DR: excellent protein to rice ratios. HH doesn't save you that much.Parking: shared lot next to Holiday Inn Express.Atmosphere: cafe-like setting with limited seating, not a very large dining area.Menu: has images and straightforward descriptions. You will be handed several menus: sushi, drink, specials, main, and Happy Hour menus (during HH only). The sushi menu is laminated and has tick mark boxes. Mark what you like on the large laminated sushi menu and write down any additional things you'd like that aren't listed on the bottom section.Service: wait to be seated, you will be watered, order at the table, check brought to you, you will pay while seated at the table via a portable register the server brings.Happy Hour prices are not too different than regular prices and you are required to purchase a beverage. Don't expect huge percentages off the meals--just a few dollars off. Limited selection of items on the HH menu.Miso Soup: typical miso soup with seaweed bits and tiny tofu cubes. Not overly salty. The sushi rolls here have a very even ratio of rice and protein. They are not like some places that go heavy on the rice. The sushi tastes really fresh and is cool in temperature as opposed to some places that serve you room temp sushi.Bubble Bubble Roll: my all time favorite sushi roll that I wish was offered everywhere! It has such a nice combination of flavors. That lemon slice is edible -- eat the whole thing! The lemon adds a nice tang to the salmon and the salmon roe add a nice burst of saltiness.Philadelphia Roll: typical Philly roll but there is a slightly more generous proportion of salmon in the roll compared to some other sushi joints.Veggie Tempura Roll: The veggies are nicely breaded with tempera and wrapped in the sushi roll. There is a light crunch to eat bite which I appreciate. However, the sauce that is drizzled on top is a bit sweet in my opinion and I would have appreciated a little less of it.“
“Conveyor belt sushi, happy hour plates are $2.50Decent selection of the usual suspects, delicious tea, nice music. I generally go here on casual outings, but it would be just fine for a date.Vegetarian options: They have tamago (sweet omlette) sushi, edamame, miso soup, vegetable tempura, and seaweed salad.“
“My friends and I came here kinda late yesterday night but it was still fabulous. The men working were very sweet and when we all sat down, they gave us a marker and menu so we could circle the items we wanted. The food? Amazing. I discovered that the sweet potato tempura roll is easily one of my new favorite rolls, simple but delicious. A lot of us did happy wiggles in our seat while eating because everything was so good. The plates were also reasonably priced! There were five of us chowing down and the total was a little over $100- that's including some ramen and drinks too. We decided that'll be one of "Our Places" for whenever we all decide to get together for dinner again.“
“I got the tuna poke bowl and ( I don't remember what roll I got) both were phenomenal. Everything was so fresh and so good. The tuna was extremely tender and fresh the veggies are nice and crisp. I highly recommend Longhouse. I come out here just for lunch about once a week!“
