Billy Beach was a hit! With a name like that I wasn't sure what to expect. But my friend was raving about it and when I saw how good the photo of sushi she took I knew I had to go sometime. I was in a mood for some sushi rolls tonight so I ordered a takeout of the beach rainbow roll. The roll included real crab, shrimp tempura, mayo, tobiko, cucumber, avocado, salmon, yellowtail, tuna. The tempura was crunchy and the crab with mayo was awesome and sashimi on top was fresh as well....read full review
First off, the cocktail bar is no longer serving. Beer ( minimum choice ) and wine and Sake. Sushi was good, service was very slow... the 1 waitress tonight was working hard, there were two other employees facilitating 2 go orders, they probably could have helped her more... it was hot inside . We are long time customers , sorry for the hardships tonight.

Pleasantly surprised with how good this place was!This was a last minute pick while out in Ballard. And happy we stumbled upon it.We got1: Spicy Sunburn Scallop Press Sushi 9/102: Unagi Temptation w/soy glaze 8.5/103: Spiced Girl 8/10We also got their warm sake, I liked it a lot!Ballard is a bit far for me, but if I’m out there again and hungry, I would definitely eat here again!
