“Stumbled upon this gem on the way to the airport. Diego welcomed us in as if it were his living room and showed us true hospitality. If his amazing hosting wasn’t enough the authentic Latin food filled a craving we had been missing greatly since moving from south Florida. Highly recommended! We had the Piccadillo empanada, Cuban, black beans and rice (my sons favorite) and sangria! Chefs kiss and an extra special shout out to Diego who takes it to the next level.“
“We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I was worried because there was nobody in the restaurant & other places had lines to get in. (usually, that is a bad sign). But, it turns out they had just opened up. Before we got our food, others had trickled in.The food took a while, but it was amazing. The chimichurri sauce was incredible. Definitely recommend this somewhat hiden jem.“

“Mojito had the warmth of a summer campfire, was as vibrant as the Las Vegas skyline, and welcoming like your dog when you’ve been gone all day. After having a bite of my peballón I made eye contact with my girlfriend (who had the vegan pinchos below) and told her this is the best bite of food I’ve had since moving to Seattle. Then we reflected on the other top bites we’ve had in Seattle to confirm that this was the greatest. If you’re reading this review, stopping reading and go to Mojito, thank you.Shout out Ana and the rest of the incredible staff.Vegetarian options: Check the menu, there were two vegetarian entrees labeled plus a couple apps and sides.“
