“Bigger than expected on the inside! The staff were really nice and I really liked their salsa bar as well as eclectic array of hot sauces I've never seen before anywhere else. The food was really good too. We got the carnitas tacos quezzabirria, and chicharon tacos. Favorite bite was probably the Birria, how could you go wrong with a deep fried taco? I really enjoyed the tortillas they are using which appear to be hand made. The softest ones I've had in Seattle.“
“Across the PNW food trucks are a staple. However El Pirata has got it down to a science. Hands down the best torta I've had in years. I had the La Bamba carne asada torta. Between the rosemary aioli and the picked red onion it's an explosion of flavor.I won't deny it I came back that same night for dinner it was that good. The house Potatoes served in the side are perfectly cooked and smothered in the same aioli. Thanks for everything I will be back time and time again. Yall keep it up!!!Justin Neeb“
“This was my first meal in Seattle and it did not disappoint! I was looking for a takeout spot that was open late - this hit the spot. The Carne Asada Fried Rice was still hot when I got back to my room; it was spicy and super flavorful. Might have to go back again before I leave town!“
“Unique place in Belltown for delicious Cantonese type Chinese food. It serves a Peruvian Lomo Saltado and I admittedly was confused to the identity of the place. Come to find out they're in transition mode and hope to continue their unique positioning as the Asian Sports Restaurant. Can you imagine it? Dim sum & football?! I. AM. THERE!!!“
“Stumbled upon this gem on the way to the airport. Diego welcomed us in as if it were his living room and showed us true hospitality. If his amazing hosting wasn’t enough the authentic Latin food filled a craving we had been missing greatly since moving from south Florida. Highly recommended! We had the Piccadillo empanada, Cuban, black beans and rice (my sons favorite) and sangria! Chefs kiss and an extra special shout out to Diego who takes it to the next level.“
“My husband got The Parrillada de Mariscos and it was amazing. I kept asking for another bite...the fish especially. Fajitas Mar y Tierra was also delicious. I ate the whole thing. Love the variety. Our kids shared the nachos and calamari. Now I would have been happy just eating this as well. The chips were addicting even by itself and the calamari was cooked to perfection. Can't wait to come back! If only we didn't live in Lynnwood.“
“We came for dinner tonight and we were greeted with the welcoming staff and their smiles. That set the stage for the evening. We started off with virgin mojito. It was refreshing and tasty. Then we ordered the mojito platter for appetizer which included the yucca fries, tostones and fried plantains. For entrees we had camarones Carmen Miranda, vaca frita and pescado mojito. Every single dish we tried were so perfectly seasoned, beautifully plated and delicious. You can tell that each dish is made with love. The flavors in each dish will remind you of a destination so far away, a culture represented in its food. We finished off our meal with the desserts, quesillo and tres leches. Both were delicious as well. I highly recommend this place. We will be back to try the rest of the dishes in their menu. This is a hidden gem. Luam, the owner is an amazing host, he’s the owner. He made sure that we had an unforgettable dining experience.“
