It was a great place to have dinner at!
Meh. The food is fine, not exciting. Standard fare. The "special vinegar" exalted on the chopsticks packets is bog standard. The service however is dreadful: From the array of threatening signs the moment you walk through the door to the heady mix of brusque and disorganized staff you've got a recipe for no repeat visits.
