This is one of our favorite restaurants in Seattle. You definitely should make a reservation. The food is always very good and the service and atmosphere are great. We love a bottle of wine with our meal. Highly recommend. Love the bibimbap and the chicken sandwich when on the menu!
We were looking for a comfortable, relaxed, but excellent spot in Seattle for dinner and Eve was the perfect choice in every respect. The food is outstanding …. Fresh salmon was the fish special and it couldn’t have been better. We loved the fresh burrata, peaches, and tomatoes.Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is very cozy and the place is perfectly lit. The chicken bone broth soup is the best!! Have that as an appetizer. I took a refill as well.The bibimbap was very average and was super underwhelming. We also got the summer pasta which tasted very very different than any pasta we’ve had.
