The beer selection is great. The food is phenomenal. Above ans beyond what I expected. The choice of glassware for the beer. The atmosphere. Such a wonderful expression of what the brewery industry is capable of. The food menu pairs so well with the beer as well . I had the roasted parsnips and the 100 day dry aged burger. Will be visiting again soon.
The best beer in Seattle bar none. Amazing space. Come here for the restaurant collabs… it’s so dope! Thank you Fair Isle! (My only request is you be open every night of the week so I can indulge whenever I want hehe)

On a Friday night, arrived around 5:30 in the place was packed. My friends had chosen seats at the bar. Nice ambiance, warm lights and tables surrounded by evidence of brewing or made of large barrels.One of the best features of this place is the ability to taste everything on tap: a best practice bc the brews really deserve to be tasted.
