Since we live in the Eastside and rarely visit Seattle, we have not visited Hiroshi's Catering before. Today we had a meeting in Rainier Valley. And after the meeting we stopped by at Hiroshi's. There is no parking lot and it took me a while to find a parking space on the street. It is an unpretentious building shared with an accountant's office. I get takeout for lunch semi-regularly - they are always so fast, kind, and quality. It feels more old-school Seattle, including their teriyaki!They are one of the few places I'm willing to call instead of ordering online. I would love it if they had an online pickup option though. Either way though - support this affordable, delicious neighborhood spot!

By far the best Japanese curry in all of Seattle. Over chicken or pork katsu, it's delicious with it hearty ground beef and deep curry flavor. No lame vegetable melody of carrots and peas like some other places. Also the various sushi rolls are really good. Be sure to check the fridge, and see if a slice of cake is available. It's worth it for those extra couple hundred calories.
