The staff was nice. The space inside was a little small. But the food was so good!! The one that took me here said that they have the best hu tieu in Seattle. We got 5 bowls of hu tieu nam vang. The noodles are exactly the same with what we have in Vietnam. The broth was rich and flavorful. They also gave us a tea pot before the meal. Highly recommend!!

The baguette was fresh and warm where the crust was crispy and the inside immediately soft and chewy, and the beef was evenly flavored and tasty! Delicious! It was sub freezing in Seattle this weekend and my pipes froze...I didn't feel like making food once the water thawed so I visited Huong Que. The beef stew with rice noodles blew my mind, such a lovely combo of oils and flavors. I'm so glad I finally tried it. The wait was a bit long because everyone had the same idea on this cold day, and they only take cash, but it was worth it!
