It may be a bit pricey compared to the convenience and grocery stores around town but honestly, it's a very nice place. They don't just have beer, wine, basic home needs, and beverages. They also have a coffee maker and they carry a great coffee brand. They make sandwiches, breakfast burritos, salads, etc. I highly reccomend the bacon breakfast burrito. I get it when I can in the morning before work.
I adore this place: it's got a "mom & pop" atmosphere, nestled in a thriving modern building just blocks from Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Arena. I'm from a small town, and Metropolitan Deli and Café is as inviting and friendly as the family-owned places I frequented as a child. I tried a BLT; the sandwich was made to order on delicious, toasted sourdough bread. I didn't wait long and the service was hospitable in a genuine way.

What a lovely, clean deli and store. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and made a fantastic club sandwich at a very reasonable priceHighly recommend eating here if you're looking for something quick and delicious!!!
